木结构可靠度分析及木产品强度设计指标的确定方法

【摘要】:我国《木结构设计规范》(GB50005-2003)和《胶合木结构技术规范》(GB/T50708-2012)采用软转换的方法确定了北美进口规格材以及目测分等与机械弹性模量分等层板胶合木的强度设计指标。本文通过对进口规格材以及层板胶合木的可靠度校核,发现用软转换方法确定的木产品强度设计指标的可靠度并不一定满足《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》GB 50068-2001要求。鉴于结构用木产品的强度变异系数在较大范围内变动,本文建立了适用于各类现代木产品构件的功能函数,对各种荷载条件下的受弯、受拉和受压木构件进行了可靠度分析,获得了满足可靠度要求的抗力分项系数与强度变异系数间的关系曲线。在符合安全可靠与经济合理的原则下,建议以住宅楼面活荷载与恒载作用效应标准组合且在其比值ρ=1.0情况下的关系曲线为确定木产品强度设计值的基准曲线,并对其他荷载作用效应标准组合和不同荷载效应比值情况下的强度设计值作相应的安全调整。对常用树种进口规格材以及层板胶合木给出了符合《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》GB 50068-2001要求的强度设计值建议值。对不同安全等级木结构抗力分项系数间的关系进行了讨论,为设计中根据安全等级合理选择木产品或确定结构重要性系数的取值提供了参考。同时,给出了木产品抗剪强度、横纹抗压强度和横纹抗拉强度等设计指标的取值建议。对现有国产规格材数据进行了统计分析,给出了东北落叶松各个尺寸、级别的强度特征值建议,并且在可靠度分析的基础上给出强度设计值取值建议。
[Abstract]:The soft conversion method was used to determine the strength design indexes of the imported North American standard wood and the visual grade and mechanical modulus of elasticity grade laminate glued wood (GB50005-2003) and the glued wood (GB50005-2003) and GBP / T50708-2012). In this paper, by checking the reliability of imported specifications and laminated wood, it is found that the reliability of the strength design index of wood products determined by soft conversion method does not necessarily meet the requirements of the Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Building structures (GB 50068-2001). In view of the variation of strength coefficient of structural wood products in a wide range, this paper establishes a functional function suitable for all kinds of modern wood components, and analyzes the reliability of bending, tensile and compressed wood members under various load conditions. The relationship curve between the resistance coefficient and the strength coefficient of variation was obtained to meet the reliability requirement. In accordance with the principle of safety, reliability and economy, it is suggested that the standard combination of live load and dead load effect on residential floor and the relation curve under the condition of 蟻 ~ (1.0) ratio should be taken as the benchmark curve to determine the design value of wood product strength. The strength design values of other standard combination of load effect and different load effect ratio are adjusted accordingly. The recommended values of strength design values which meet the requirements of GB 50068-2001 for the imported specifications of common tree species and laminated plywood are given. This paper discusses the relationship between the resistance factors of different safety grade wood structures, and provides a reference for the rational selection of wood products according to the safety grade and the determination of the value of the structural importance coefficient in the design. At the same time, the design index of wood products such as shear strength, transverse compressive strength and transverse tensile strength are given. Based on the statistical analysis of the existing data of domestic specifications, the characteristic values of strength of each size and grade of Larix gmelini are suggested, and the value of strength design is suggested on the basis of reliability analysis.
