寿光职教中心体育馆工程项目风险管理研究

【摘要】:在我国高校中,体育馆建筑一直是最具代表性的建筑之一,并且其在很多方面都发挥着重要的作用。随着我国高校规模的不断扩大,各个学校也逐渐建立了各自的分校区,这也是体育设施的项目建设开始增加的重要原因。另一方面,体育馆里新建项目由于项目规模大、建设周期长、项目投资大、工程施工技术复杂以及项目参与方多等特点,各高校体育馆新建项目往往面临诸多不确定的风险,而这些风险将会造成高校体育馆新建项目质量下降、项目成本提高、项目工期延误等问题,严重影响高校教育事业的健康发展。因此,加强高校新建体育馆项目风险识别、风险评价,提出高校新建体育馆项目风险控制措施,有利于保障项目顺利实施,促进高校综合水平的提高。本文基于文献分析法及案例分析法,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式,以寿光市职教中心新建体育馆项目风险管理研究为对象,针对项目风险管理影响因素进行识别与评价,提出体育馆项目风险控制措施,为寿光市职教中心新建体育馆项目风险管理提供一定的借鉴意义。首先,绪论部分,主要概述了项目风险管理的研究背景及研究意义,综述了国内外项目风险管理的研究现状,介绍了本文的研究内容及研究方法;其次,工程项目风险管理基本理论概述部分,分析了风险与项目风险的定义、特征及分类,探究了项目风险管理的原则、内容及过程,同时针对项目风险识别、风险评价、风险控制的具体内容进行分析;再者,寿光职教中心体育馆工程项目概况部分,在对项目基本情况与主要技术指标进行介绍的基础上分析项目管理组织架构,进而针对寿光职教中心体育馆工程项目风险管理现状进行分析;第四,寿光职教中心体育馆项目风险管理识别部分,通过对该项目风险分析认为寿光职教中心体育馆工程项目风险主要有项目设计和技术风险、项目组织和管理风险、项目安全风险、项目质量风险、项目工期风险、经济风险及客观环境风险;第五,寿光职教中心体育馆工程项目风险评价部分,基于AHP法构建项目风险评价指标体系,通过构建比较矩阵确定体育馆工程项目风险评价指标权重,通过分析认为寿光市职教中心体育馆项日风险中严重等级的风险主要是建筑和结构设计风险、合同风险,较为严重等级的风险为人员管理风险、电气设计风险等,而较为轻微的风险为气候条件的影响以及项目配套环境带来的风险;第六,寿光职教中心体育馆工程项目风险控制措施部分,根据项目风险控制的原则和目标分析基础上提出项目设计和技术风险控制措施、项目组织和管理风险控制措施、项目工期风险控制措施等;最后,提出本文的研究结论与研究展望,实现本文的研究意义。
[Abstract]:Gymnasium architecture has always been one of the most representative buildings in colleges and universities in China, and it plays an important role in many aspects. With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities in our country, each school has gradually established its own campus area, which is also an important reason for the increase of sports facilities construction. On the other hand, due to the characteristics of large scale, long construction period, large investment, complex construction technology and many participants, the new construction projects in gymnasiums of colleges and universities are often faced with many uncertain risks. These risks will lead to the decline of the quality of the new construction project of university gymnasium, the increase of project cost, the delay of project duration, and so on, which will seriously affect the healthy development of university education. Therefore, strengthening the risk identification and risk evaluation of the new gymnasium project in colleges and universities, and putting forward the risk control measures of the new gymnasium project in colleges and universities, will help to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and promote the improvement of the comprehensive level of the university. Based on the literature analysis method and the case analysis method, this paper takes the project risk management research of the new gymnasium of Shouguang Vocational Education Center as the object by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Based on the identification and evaluation of the influencing factors of project risk management, the paper puts forward the risk control measures of the gymnasium project, which provides some reference for the project risk management of the new gymnasium in Shouguang Vocational Education Center. First, the introduction part, mainly summarizes the research background and research significance of project risk management, summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of project risk management, introduces the research content and research methods of this paper; secondly, The basic theory of project risk management is summarized, the definition, characteristics and classification of risk and project risk are analyzed, and the principles, contents and processes of project risk management are explored. Furthermore, in the section of project overview of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium Project, on the basis of introducing the basic situation and main technical indicators of the project, the organizational structure of project management is analyzed. Then it analyzes the current situation of risk management in the project of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium. Fourth, the project risk management identification part of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium Project. Based on the risk analysis of the project, it is concluded that the project risk of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium mainly includes project design and technology risk, project organization and management risk, project safety risk, project quality risk and project duration risk. Economic risk and objective environmental risk. Fifth, the project risk evaluation part of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium project, based on the AHP method to construct the project risk evaluation index system, Through constructing a comparative matrix to determine the weight of the risk evaluation index of the gymnasium project, it is considered that the risk of serious grade in the daily risk of the gymnasium of Shouguang Vocational Education Center is mainly the risk of architectural and structural design, and the risk of contract. The more serious level of risk is personnel management risk, electrical design risk, etc., while the minor risk is the impact of climate conditions and the risk of supporting environment of the project; sixth, In the part of risk control measures of the project of Shouguang Vocational Education Center Gymnasium, based on the analysis of the principles and objectives of project risk control, the project design and technical risk control measures, project organization and management risk control measures are put forward. Finally, the conclusion and prospect of this paper are put forward to realize the significance of this paper.
