【摘要】：信息化是21世纪各行业的发展主题。建筑业的信息化进程正向工业制造业看齐,步入正轨。作为建筑配套工程的景观工程,其信息化仍处于起步阶段。建筑业信息化的发展为整个行业带来技术提升,为各个项目带来可观的效益。但项目整体效益的提升需要各个专业的协同发展。信息化同样是景观行业的发展方向。居住区景观是与建筑联系最为紧密也最贴近人们生活的景观工程。以建筑业信息化为模板,探索景观行业的信息化道路是当前行业的首要任务。本文借鉴建筑业BIM技术对景观行业BIM技术的应用进行探索。本文主要分三个步骤探索研究BIM技术在景观行业的应用：1.结合建筑业BIM(Building Information Modeling, BIM)技术的发展与应用情况,研究BIM技术的应用可以给景观工程,尤其是居住区景观工程项目管理工作带来的效益,指出BIM技术在居住区景观工程应用的优势与必要性。2.以理论依据为主导,讨论应用BIM技术解决居住区景观工程相关问题的具体实施步骤与方案。3.以盛世豪庭项目进行实践,创造性地将BIM技术应用于居住区景观工程实施过程。为BIM技术的实际应用提供参考。最后,对BIM技术在景观行业的应用现状、困难与未来的发展趋势加以阐述,希望给同行们以启发与参考。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the development theme of all industries in the 21 st century. The information process of the construction industry is in line with the industrial manufacturing industry, on the right track. As a building supporting project landscape engineering, its information is still in its infancy. The development of information technology in the construction industry brings technology upgrading to the whole industry and considerable benefits for various projects. However, the improvement of the overall benefit of the project needs the coordinated development of various specialties. Informatization is also the development direction of landscape industry. Residential landscape is the most closely connected with architecture and closest to people's life landscape engineering. It is the primary task of the current industry to explore the road of landscape informatization based on construction informatization. This paper explores the application of BIM technology in landscape industry based on BIM technology in construction industry. This paper is divided into three steps to explore the application of BIM technology in landscape industry. Combined with the development and application of BIM-Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in construction industry, this paper studies the benefits that BIM technology can bring to landscape engineering, especially to the management of residential landscape engineering projects. The advantages and necessity of application of BIM technology in residential landscape engineering are pointed out. Based on the theoretical basis, this paper discusses the concrete implementation steps and scheme of applying BIM technology to solve the problems related to residential landscape engineering. The BIM technology is creatively applied to the implementation process of residential landscape engineering. It provides a reference for the practical application of BIM technology. Finally, the application status, difficulties and future development trend of BIM technology in landscape industry are expounded, hoping to enlighten and reference the peers.
