【摘要】:近年来,商业综合体建筑在中国发展迅速,其室内热舒适环境要求高、营业时间长,年单位面积能耗非常高,节能潜力巨大,是低碳建筑节能的重点之一。因而商业综合体建筑节能技术的研究,对减少资源和能源的消耗,保护生态环境,促进城市和整个人类社会的可持续发展都具有重要现实意义。夏热冬暖地区也涌现出商业综合体建筑的开发热潮。本文选取夏热冬暖的典型地区——厦门,以其主要商圈的典型商业综合体建筑作为调研对象,通过实地踏勘、文献查阅、实证访谈、对比分析等方法,对调研对象的外部特征、内部特征、设备特征、活动特征等展开研究,提出夏热冬暖典型地区商业综合体演变规律,总结厦门地区商业综合体建筑节能设计特征,并指出当前商业综合体建筑节能设计存在的问题。基于模块化设计方法可将复杂问题分解为简单模块进行研究,本文将其应用于商业综合体的节能设计。区别于传统的整体建筑节能设计,商业综合体建筑节能模块化设计可以很好地实现整体建筑与独立节能模块之间的节能设计相互融合。建立商业综合体节能模块数据库,将节能模块分为部件级、组件级、元件级等三个级别进行库管理。建立商业综合体建筑节能模块化设计体系,包括系列化设计、组合化设计及标准化设计方法;建立商业综合体建筑节能模块化设计的评价体系,通过外围护结构节能模块评价方法、内部空间节能模块评价方法、内部整体能耗参考值评价法等判定商业综合体建筑节能设计是否符合节能要求。通过“模块化设计”方法,将商业综合体建筑节能设计解构为“壳”——商业综合体建筑外围护结构节能模块化设计、“内核”——商业综合体建筑内部空间节能模块化设计两个部分进行研究。采用天正节能TBHC2013软件、Design Builder软件进行外围护结构能耗模拟及内部六个主要业态的耗能模拟实验,分别获取50组实验数据;再基于统计学软件EVIEWS,建立外围护结构热工性能预测及内部典型业态营业性空间模块能耗预测的多元回归数学模型,并通过统计学检验、实际案例检验等方法检查该数学模型的可靠性;自主开发了厦门地区的商业综合体建筑节能模块化设计支持工具,并通过实际案例的应用,验证其可行性。本文提出了厦门地区商业综合体建筑节能模块化设计方法及评价体系。补充完善了现有的商业建筑节能设计方法体系,为夏热冬暖典型地区的商业综合体建筑节能设计提供理论方法及技术支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, commercial complex buildings have developed rapidly in China, with high requirements for indoor thermal comfort, long operating hours, high annual energy consumption per unit area and huge energy saving potential, which is one of the key points of energy saving in low-carbon buildings. Therefore, the research on energy saving technology of commercial complex buildings is of great practical significance to reduce the consumption of resources and energy, protect the ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of the city and the whole human society. Hot summer and warm winter area also emerged commercial complex building development boom. This paper selects Xiamen, a typical area of hot summer and warm winter, to investigate the external characteristics of the investigated objects by means of field survey, literature review, empirical interview, comparative analysis and so on, taking the typical commercial complex buildings in its main commercial circles as research objects. The internal characteristics, equipment features, activity characteristics and so on are studied, and the evolution law of commercial complex in typical areas of hot summer and warm winter is put forward, and the characteristics of energy saving design of commercial complex buildings in Xiamen area are summarized. And pointed out the current commercial complex building energy-saving design problems. Based on modular design method, complex problems can be decomposed into simple modules. In this paper, it is applied to the energy-saving design of commercial complexes. Different from the traditional integrated building energy-saving design, the commercial complex building energy-saving modular design can achieve a good integration between the integral building and the independent energy-saving design. The database of energy saving module of commercial complex is established, and the energy saving module is divided into three levels: component level, component level and component level. Establish the modular design system of commercial complex building energy conservation, including serial design, combination design and standardized design method, establish the evaluation system of commercial complex building energy-saving modular design, According to the evaluation method of outer envelope structure energy-saving module, interior space energy saving module evaluation method and internal whole energy consumption reference value evaluation method, whether the commercial complex building energy conservation design meets the requirements of energy conservation is judged. Through the method of "modular design", the energy saving design of commercial complex building is deconstructed as "shell" -commercial complex building outer envelope structure energy-saving modular design. The inner space energy saving modular design of commercial complex is studied. The energy consumption simulation of outer envelope structure and the energy consumption simulation experiment of six main internal forms were carried out by using Tianzheng energy-saving TBHC2013 software / Design Builder software, and 50 sets of experimental data were obtained respectively. Then, based on the statistical software EVIEWS, a multivariate regression mathematical model of thermal performance prediction of outer envelope structure and energy consumption prediction of internal typical business space module is established, and the statistical test is carried out. The reliability of the mathematical model is checked by the method of practical case test, and the modular design support tool of commercial complex building in Xiamen area is developed independently, and the feasibility of the tool is verified by the application of practical cases. This paper presents a modular design method and evaluation system for energy efficiency of commercial complex buildings in Xiamen area. It supplements and perfects the existing energy saving design method system of commercial buildings, and provides theoretical method and technical support for the energy saving design of commercial complex buildings in typical areas of hot summer and warm winter.
