上海超高层建筑的地域性设计策略

【摘要】：改革开放以来,上海一直是超高层建筑建设发展的中心之一,90年代以来更是呈加速发展的态势,而上海作为全国经济中心之一,经济发展带动作用和人口压力未来仍长期存在,超高层作为两者作用的必然产物,其建设也将长期持续下去。如今经过20多年的高速建设,上海已经远离了追求“新奇”和“速度”的懵懂时代,城市的真正宜居和健康是未来的发展方向,此时超高层建筑的地域性设计重要性就凸显出来。本文从自然条件、历史文化、城市环境等方面,分析出上海的地域特色,同时对上海的设计实践进行整理研究,总结出上海超高层建筑地域性设计的经验,从而综合分析梳理出适合上海发展的超高层建筑地域性设计策略。这些策略的提出,将有利于改善超高层建筑设计中,缺乏地域性考量的问题,从而对实践活动起到指导作用。同时,上海作为超高层建筑实践的样本,其地域性研究对中国其他城市的实践有着强烈的借鉴意义。本文首先以批判的地域主义理论为指导,明确了地域性的涵盖,并基于案例研究总结出超高层建筑体现地域性的可能性和具体方式。其次分析上海的地域特色,从自然、人文、城市环境三个层面对上海现有超高层建筑进行分析总结,结合前面的地域性设计方法,得出上海本土的地域性设计策略。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Shanghai has been one of the centers of the construction and development of super-high-rise buildings. Since the 1990s, Shanghai has been accelerating its development. As one of the national economic centers, the role of economic development and population pressure will still exist for a long time in the future. Super-high-level as the inevitable outcome of both roles, its construction will continue for a long time. Now, after more than 20 years of high-speed construction, Shanghai has moved away from the ignorant era of pursuing "novelty" and "speed". The real livability and health of the city are the future development direction. At this time, the importance of regional design of super-tall buildings is highlighted. This paper analyzes the regional characteristics of Shanghai from the aspects of natural conditions, history and culture, urban environment, etc. At the same time, it makes a research on the design practice of Shanghai, and summarizes the experience of the regional design of super high-rise buildings in Shanghai. The regional design strategy of super-high-rise buildings suitable for the development of Shanghai is analyzed synthetically. These strategies will help to improve the problem of lack of regional consideration in the design of super high-rise buildings, and thus play a guiding role in practical activities. At the same time, as a sample of the practice of super high-rise buildings, the regional study of Shanghai has a strong reference significance for the practice of other cities in China. Under the guidance of the critical regionalism theory, this paper clarifies the regional coverage, and summarizes the possibility and concrete ways of the super high-rise building reflecting the regionality based on the case study. Secondly, this paper analyzes the regional characteristics of Shanghai, analyzes and summarizes the existing super high-rise buildings in Shanghai from the three aspects of nature, humanities and urban environment, and draws the regional design strategy of Shanghai native by combining the former regional design methods.
