高职园林专业现代学徒制人才培养模式探索

【摘要】：现代学徒制是当前高职院校教学改革的基本取向之一.高职园林专业人才培养模式存在意会性知识难以习得、学生实践能力不足、校企合作力度不大等问题.构建以课程和师徒实训项目为纽带的现代学徒制可以有效应对上述困境.通过分析现代学徒制人才培养模式的特点,从主体的深度参与、课程体系和内容的建设、实习实训的多层次多环节操作方面,提出了基于市场维度、学生维度、教学质量和成效维度的"三联动"、"三融合"、"三环节"工作思路,以建立以工作能力为本位的高职园林技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式.
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is one of the basic orientations of the current teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. There are some problems in the training mode of landscape architecture professionals in higher vocational colleges, such as the difficulty of acquiring knowledge, the lack of practical ability of students, and the weak cooperation between schools and enterprises. The construction of modern apprenticeship system based on curriculum and apprenticeship programs can effectively deal with these difficulties. By analyzing the characteristics of modern apprenticeship talent training mode, this paper puts forward the market dimension and student dimension, from the aspects of the deep participation of the main body, the construction of curriculum system and content, and the multi-level and multi-link operation of practical training. The "three linkage", "three fusion" and "three links" in the dimensions of teaching quality and effectiveness are used to establish the modern apprenticeship talent training model of higher vocational garden technology specialty based on working ability.
