急救医疗设施建筑设计与设施体系规划的相关基础研究

【摘要】：建国以来,我国的医疗急救服务体系不断发展,近年来,更是进入了快速发展期,急救医疗体系成为社会保障体系中的关键内容。在急救技术日益精湛的同时,我国的急救设施体系呈现出因地域、经济、人口等因素造成的多元性,而缺乏对其进行类型化研究；在急救设施的建筑设计方面也缺乏基于实例的较为详细的设计标准研究。本文针对以上两个现存的问题,运用实地调研与统计等方法展开研究。在对急救设施建筑设计的研究中,本研究选定了近年来新建成的部分医院急诊部建筑为研究对象,这些医院在很多方面代表了对中国医院建筑近期及将来的发展方向。对研究对象进行了功能、面积、布局等多方面的统计与比较研究；同时通过对国内外急救标准的解读探讨急救设施标准的制定。在对急救设施体系的研究中,本文总结了国内急救设施体系现状,在概括国内现有急救模式的同时对其产生的原因进行了深入研究。本研究的结论包括：从功能、面积等方面提出急救设施建设标准的具体细则；国内不同急救设施体系的适用情况及国外急救设施体系借鉴点；医院急诊部功能布局优化方法；医院急诊部流程与流线优化方法。本研究的意义在于通过对微观层次上的实际建筑案例的统计研究与宏观层次上的城市体系研究,为医疗急救设施体系的完善与医院急诊部的建筑设计提供依据。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the medical emergency service system of our country has been developing continuously. In recent years, it has entered a period of rapid development, and the emergency medical treatment system has become the key content in the social security system. There is also a lack of case-based detailed design criteria in the architectural design of first aid facilities. Aiming at the above two existing problems, this paper uses the methods of field investigation and statistics to carry out the research. In the study of the design of emergency facilities, this study selected some newly built emergency department buildings in recent years as research objects. These hospitals represent the development direction of Chinese hospital architecture in the near future and in many aspects. The function, area, layout and other aspects of the research object are analyzed and compared. At the same time, the establishment of the first aid facility standard is discussed through the interpretation of the first aid standards at home and abroad. In the research of the first aid facility system, this paper summarizes the present situation of the first aid facility system in China, and makes a deep research on the causes of the first aid facility system at the same time. The conclusions of this study include: from the aspects of function, area and so on, put forward the specific details of the construction standards of emergency facilities, the application of different emergency facilities in China and the reference points of foreign emergency facilities system, the optimization of the functional layout of emergency departments in hospitals; The flow and streamline optimization method of hospital emergency department. The significance of this study is to provide the basis for the improvement of the medical emergency facilities system and the architectural design of the hospital emergency department through the statistical research on the actual building cases at the micro level and the study on the urban system at the macro level.
