广州地区东西向居住建筑固定百叶外遮阳节能设计研究

【摘要】:遮阳是改善建筑物室内热环境的重要手段,有助于提高建筑室内环境品质和实现建筑节能。遮阳的主要作用是减少建筑的太阳辐射得热,但建筑外遮阳又会对建筑的自然通风等产生影响。尽管国内外学者对外遮阳进行了较多有益的研究,但针对外遮阳的综合性研究还略显单薄,不足以直接指导建筑设计实践。建筑的东西向是太阳辐射得热的关键界面,然而当前东西向居住建筑的外遮阳研究和应用还十分缺乏。固定百叶外遮阳轻盈、通透、精致,在减少建筑室内太阳辐射得热的同时不会对建筑的自然通风造成较大不良影响,遮阳效果显著气候适应性较强一般多采用铝型材制作,可以循环利用。又因为百叶的偏角是固定的,所以这种遮阳系统有很高的安全性和耐久性,而且维护成本较低。作为一种“适当技术”可以很好地适应我国的发展需求。广州是我国夏热冬暖地区的代表城市,居住建筑对于遮阳和通风的要求非常高。最近施行的《夏热冬暖地区居住建筑节能标准》中强制性规定居住建筑的东、西向外窗必须采取建筑外遮阳措施,因此有必要探究适于广州地区东西向居住建筑的外遮阳措施和方法,本文以广州地区东西向居住建筑作为研究对象,做了如下的研究工作:1、对广州地区东西向居住建筑的形式和遮阳现状进行了调查研究,确立了用于数值模拟研究的建筑模型。2、利用正交试验法和Energy Plus能耗模拟软件对固定百叶外遮阳设计参数与建筑外遮阳系数之间的敏感性进行了分析,从而确定各固定百叶外遮阳设计参数对外遮阳系数的影响规律,回归出了用于预测固定百叶外遮阳建筑外遮阳系数的方程。3、利用FLUENT计算流体力学软件研究了步骤1中确定的建筑模型的表面风压分布特性,进一步研究了固定水平百叶外遮阳对建筑开口表面风压的影响,并获取了目标表面的风压系数,用作建筑能耗模拟的边界条件。4、利用Energy Plus能耗模拟软件和步骤3获得的边界条件,模拟得到了步骤1确定的建筑模型在无遮阳无自然通风、有遮阳无自然通风、有遮阳常开自然通风、有遮阳温控自然通风四个工况下的逐月冷负荷,并以此总结归纳了广州地区东西向居住建筑固定水平百叶外遮阳的节能效果和应用方法。
[Abstract]:Shading is an important means to improve the indoor thermal environment of buildings, which is helpful to improve the quality of indoor environment and to realize energy saving in buildings. The main function of shading is to reduce the heat of solar radiation in buildings, but the external shade of buildings will have an impact on the natural ventilation of buildings. Although scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of beneficial research on external shading, the comprehensive research on external shading is still slightly thin, which is not enough to direct the architectural design practice. The east-west direction of the building is the key interface of solar radiation. However, the research and application of external sunshade in the east-west residential building is still lacking. The sunshade outside the fixed leaf is light, transparent and delicate. It will not have a great adverse effect on the natural ventilation of the building while reducing the indoor solar radiation. The obvious effect of shading is more adaptable to the climate. Generally speaking, aluminum profiles are used to make the sunshade. It can be recycled. Because the blinds are fixed, the shading system has high safety, durability and low maintenance cost. As an appropriate technology, it can meet the development needs of our country well. Guangzhou is the representative city of hot summer and warm winter in our country. The recently enforced "Standard for Energy Saving of Residential buildings in Hot Summer and warm Winter areas" stipulates that the east and west windows of residential buildings must take measures to shade the sun outside the buildings. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the measures and methods of external sunshade suitable for the east-west residential buildings in Guangzhou. This paper takes the east-west residential buildings in Guangzhou as the research object. Having done the following research work: 1, we investigated and studied the forms of east-west residential buildings and the current situation of sunshade in Guangzhou. The architectural model .2for numerical simulation was established. The sensitivity between the design parameters of fixed shutter shading and the external sunshade coefficient was analyzed by means of orthogonal test method and Energy Plus energy consumption simulation software. Thus, the influence law of external shading coefficient of external sunshade design parameters of fixed shutters is determined. The equation. 3 is used to predict the external shading coefficient of a building with fixed shutters. The wind pressure distribution on the surface of the building model determined in step 1 is studied by using fluent computational fluid dynamics software. The influence of outside shading on the wind pressure on the open surface of the building is further studied, and the wind pressure coefficient of the target surface is obtained. Using Energy Plus energy simulation software and the boundary conditions obtained in step 3, the building model determined in step 1 is simulated without natural ventilation and shading without natural ventilation. The monthly cooling load under four working conditions of natural ventilation with sunshade and temperature control is summarized. The energy-saving effect and application method of shading outside the shutter outside the fixed level of east-west residential buildings in Guangzhou are summarized.
