某大跨度钢梁组合屋盖加固设计

【摘要】：针对某大跨度钢梁组合屋盖因设计漏算荷载及施工偏差较大导致结构实际工作状况与原设计不符的情况,对该结构重新进行了验算及加固设计。综合考虑安全性、经济性及施工可行性,选择顶升钢梁组合混凝土梁的加固方案进行加固设计,并具体完成了组合梁、节点加固的设计及施工顺序的合理安排,从而实现了"技术可靠、经济适用、施工简便并确保质量"的加固目标。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the actual working condition of a large span steel beam composite roof is not in accordance with the original design due to the large design leakage load and construction deviation, the checking calculation and strengthening design of the structure are carried out again. Considering the safety, economy and feasibility of construction, the reinforcement scheme of steel beam composite concrete beam is selected for reinforcement design, and the design of composite beam, joint reinforcement and reasonable arrangement of construction sequence are completed. Thus, the reinforcement goal of "reliable technology, economical application, simple construction and quality assurance" is realized.
