关于混凝土灌芯石膏速成墙板结构表面开裂的分析

【摘要】:在实际工程应用中,部分混凝土灌芯石膏速成墙板表面出现开裂的问题,需要设置合理尺寸的伸缩缝以防止裂缝的出现。采用数值分析的方法,利用粘聚-损伤模型模拟混凝土与石膏板间粘合剂的粘结作用,建立的非线性模型能有效模拟速成墙板在湿度和温度变化下的复合结构表面石膏板的膨胀,分析石膏板在混凝土粘结作用下的受缚膨胀量,从而提供合理的膨胀缝预留尺寸。
[Abstract]:In the practical engineering application, the crack on the surface of part of the concrete pouring gypsum wall board appears, so it is necessary to set up the reasonable size expansion joint to prevent the crack from appearing. By using the method of numerical analysis, the adhesion between concrete and plasterboard was simulated by means of agglomeration-damage model. The nonlinear model can effectively simulate the expansion of the plasterboard on the composite structure under the change of humidity and temperature, and analyze the expansion amount of the gypsum board under the action of concrete bond, so as to provide a reasonable reserved size of expansion joint.
