聚合物改性高性能混凝土力学性能与抗冻性研究

【摘要】:聚合物改性混凝土是指将水泥和骨料在混合的时候与分散在水中、或者可以在水中分散的有机聚合物材料结合所生成的复合材料,聚合物混凝土的特点是强度高、吸水率低、耐化学性好、固化周期短以及应用范围广。但对于聚合物混凝土而言,目前尚缺乏高效的增强材料,因此寻找合适的纤维作为增强体材料,进一步提高聚合物混凝土的性能具有重要的研究意义。本研究首先测定了不同配比下聚合物改型混凝土的力学性能,通过正交实验确定了最佳的配料混合比,并在此基础上对进行了混凝土的聚合物改性技术研究,测定了改性后混凝土的力学性能和抗冻性。实验结果表明:选择的聚合物改型混凝土的最佳配合比为:水泥:砂子:石子:用水量:FDN用量=1∶1.30∶2.42∶0.42∶0.01(单位:kg/m3)。而且,将聚合物乳液添加到混凝土中,不但改善了原有混凝土的性能,而且使聚合物混凝土具有普通混凝土所不具备的特殊用途—修补工程。
[Abstract]:Polymer modified concrete is a composite material formed when cement and aggregate are mixed with organic polymer materials dispersed in water or can be dispersed in water. Polymer concrete is characterized by high strength and low water absorption. Good chemical resistance, short curing period and wide range of application. However, for polymer concrete, there is still a lack of efficient reinforcement materials, so it is of great significance to find suitable fibers as reinforcements to further improve the performance of polymer concrete. In this study, the mechanical properties of polymer modified concrete with different proportions were measured, and the optimum blending ratio was determined by orthogonal experiment. On the basis of this, the polymer modification technology of concrete was studied. The mechanical properties and frost resistance of modified concrete were measured. The experimental results show that the optimum mix ratio of polymer modified concrete is: cement: sand: stone: water consumption: 1: 1.30: 2.42: 0.422: 0.01 (unit: kg / m ~ 3). Moreover, adding polymer emulsion to concrete not only improves the performance of the original concrete, but also makes the polymer concrete have a special purpose that ordinary concrete does not have.
