有粘结预应力在高层框架结构中的应用及施工控制技术研究

【摘要】:随着社会科学技术水平的提高,建筑结构也逐渐向高层、大跨度方向发展。同时人们对材料的充分利用、耐久性等方面有了更高的要求,有粘结预应力混凝土结构是利用高性能材料、现代设计理论和先进施工工艺设计建造起来的高效结构。与非预应力混凝土结构相比,有粘结预应力混凝土结构不仅具有跨越能力大、受力性能好、使用性能优越、耐久性高、轻巧美观等优点,而且较为经济、节材、节能。因此,预应力混凝土结构是建造高层建筑、大跨度大空间结构和重载结构以及特种结构及特殊用途工程中不可缺少的重要结构型式之一。后张有粘结预应力混凝土结构是预应力混凝土结构的主要结构形式之一,并在单层、多层大跨度建筑工程中得到了较为广泛的应用。本论文以苏州某办公楼建筑为例,从预应力混凝土框架结构有粘结预应力后张法施工的基本概念入手,结合具体本工程实例通过对其内容、特点、工艺、施工质量控制等的研究,着重介绍了该工程预应力梁在跨度大、单孔预应力束较多并且较长、张拉所需较大千斤顶、预应力柱和梁采用变角度张拉等施工中所遇到的难点以及相应的解决措施,提出一套有粘结预应力混凝土框架结构大跨度连续梁后张法具体施工工艺方法和质量控制要点。对大跨度连续梁有粘结预应力后张法施工工艺中的材料选用,孔道的预留,预应力筋的制作、穿束、张拉、孔道灌浆等工序在施工工艺中的具体操作方法提出了自己的见解,探讨了一系列较符合施工实际要求及经济效益较好的施工工艺,在材料选择、工具构件、单项施工组织计等方面提出了改进措施,为以后的后张法有粘结预应力混凝土施工提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of social science and technology, the building structure is gradually developing to the high-rise and long-span direction. At the same time, people have higher requirements for the full use and durability of materials. The bonded prestressed concrete structure is an efficient structure designed and constructed by using high performance materials, modern design theory and advanced construction technology. Compared with the non-prestressed concrete structure, the bonded prestressed concrete structure not only has the advantages of large span ability, good mechanical performance, superior performance, high durability, lightness and beauty, but also has the advantages of economy, material saving and energy saving. Therefore, prestressed concrete structure is one of the indispensable structural types in the construction of high-rise buildings, large-span and large-space structures and heavy load structures, as well as special structures and special purpose projects. Post-tensioned bonded prestressed concrete structure is one of the main structural forms of prestressed concrete structure and has been widely used in monolayer and multi-story long-span construction projects. Taking an office building in Suzhou as an example, this paper starts with the basic concept of Zhang Fa construction of prestressed concrete frame structure after bonded prestressing, and combines the concrete project example through the content, characteristics and technology of the construction. Based on the research of construction quality control, this paper emphatically introduces that the prestressed beam in this project has a large span, many prestressing tendons with one hole and a long length, and the large Jack is needed for the tension. The difficulties encountered in the construction of prestressed columns and beams with variable angle tensioning and the corresponding solving measures are put forward, and a set of concrete construction techniques and quality control points of Zhang Fa after long span continuous beams of prestressed concrete frame structures with bond are put forward. In this paper, the author puts forward his own opinions on the material selection, the reservation of holes, the making of prestressing tendons, the tensioning, and the concrete operation methods of the hole grouting in the construction process of long-span continuous beams with bonded prestressing. This paper probes into a series of construction techniques which meet the practical requirements of construction and have better economic benefits, and puts forward some improvement measures in the aspects of material selection, tool members, single construction organization, etc. It provides a reference for the post-Zhang Fa bonded prestressed concrete construction.
