典型气候区区域供冷系统建筑组合形式优化分析

【摘要】:区域供冷系统可同时服务于多种类别的建筑,不同类别的建筑有其各自的负荷特性,如果各建筑间采用不同的组合形式,对于整个区域供冷系统而言其负荷状况也会有所不同,众所周知,一个相对平稳的负荷波动状况可以很大程度上降低制冷机组的开启和关闭次数,如果区域供冷系统的负荷波动状况能降到最低,可以很大程度提高制冷机组的制冷效率。因而研究区域供冷系统的最优建筑组合形式对于区域供冷系统制冷效率的提高有很大的意义。本文选择夏热冬冷地区和夏热冬暖地区作为研究区域,以办公建筑、住宅建筑、宾馆建筑以及商场建筑四类典型建筑作为区域供冷系统的供冷对象,对不同情况下区域供冷系统最优建筑组合形式进行研究。首先,本文建立了办公、住宅、宾馆以及商场建筑的典型建筑模型,并且运用Design Builder软件对四类典型建筑进行模拟分析,最终得到制冷季内各类建筑的逐时冷负荷,并在此基础上对各类建筑的冷负荷状况进行分析,继而得出了各类建筑冷负荷特征对区域供冷系统的影响。其次,本文在考虑人为约束条件的前提下,以区域供冷系统负荷波动指数为目标函数建立了区域供冷系统建筑组合模型,并编制了遗传算法程序对不同情况下区域供冷系统最优建筑组合形式进行求解。然后,本文对建立的建筑组合模型的适用性进行了分析,分析得出虽然建筑组合模型是在四类典型建筑的基础上建立的,不过只要该模型稍作修改,就可以让它运用于几乎所有区域供冷系统关于建筑组合形式的前期规划。最后,本文从区域供冷系统所包含的建筑种类数出发进行分析,研究了12种情况下区域供冷系统的最优建筑组合形式,并对最优建筑组合形式下系统的装机容量指数、负荷频率以及时间频率进行了分析,得到了不同情况下空调运行时各个时刻的实际所需冷量与设计冷负荷的关系,可用作将来指导设备选型和确定空调系统设计方案等。
[Abstract]:Regional cooling system can serve many kinds of buildings at the same time. Different types of buildings have their own load characteristics. If each building adopts different combination form, its load condition will be different for the whole regional cooling system. As we all know, a relatively stable load fluctuation condition can greatly reduce the number of opening and closing of the refrigeration unit, if the load fluctuation of the regional cooling system can be reduced to a minimum, The refrigeration efficiency of the refrigeration unit can be greatly improved. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the optimal building combination of the regional cooling system for the improvement of the cooling efficiency of the regional cooling system. This paper chooses the hot summer and cold winter area and the hot summer and warm winter area as the research area, taking the office building, the residential building, the hotel building and the shopping mall building as the cooling objects of the regional cooling system. The optimal combination form of regional cooling system is studied under different conditions. Firstly, the typical building models of office, residential, hotel and shopping mall are established, and four typical buildings are simulated and analyzed by using Design Builder software. Finally, the hourly cooling load of all kinds of buildings in the refrigeration season is obtained. Based on the analysis of the cooling load of various buildings, the influence of various building cooling load characteristics on the regional cooling system is obtained. Secondly, on the premise of considering the artificial constraints, this paper establishes the building combination model of regional cooling system by taking the load fluctuation index of regional cooling system as the objective function. A genetic algorithm program is developed to solve the optimal building combination of regional cooling system under different conditions. Then, this paper analyzes the applicability of the building combination model, and concludes that although the building combination model is built on the basis of four types of typical buildings, but only if the model is slightly modified. It can be applied to almost all regional cooling systems on the building combination form of the preliminary planning. Finally, based on the analysis of the number of building types contained in the regional cooling system, this paper studies the optimal combination form of the regional cooling system in 12 cases, and gives the installed capacity index of the system under the optimal combination form. The load frequency and time frequency are analyzed, and the relationship between the actual cooling requirement and the design cooling load is obtained under different conditions, which can be used to guide the selection of equipment and determine the design scheme of air conditioning system in the future.
