青岛葡萄酒博物馆工程项目质量管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的不断发展、社会生活的持续进步,社会公众对于工程质量也提出了越来越高的要求。我国近年来越来越重视工程项目的质量管理,到现在为止已经走过了30多年的历程,工程项目质量管理工作在取得一系列成就的同时民产生了不少现实问题,如工程项目质量管理机构的性质定位未能明确到位,工程项目质量管理模式跟不上工程项目质量管理的发展形势,一些商品房工程质量投诉一直未能得到让人满意的解决及监督机构本身的建设与管理存在很多弊端等等。工程项目质量管理机构只有提高本身在开展建设工程质量管理工作的权威性和有效性,才能使我国的工程项目质量管理工作具有更有力的现实意义,并在建设事业蓬勃发展中进一步发挥自己的积极作用。在我国建筑事业发展的新形势下,怎样完成并最终实施针对工程项目质量开展的科学监督及有效监管,切实保证工程项目质量及水平得以进一步提高,以应对快速发展的建筑市场。工程项目质量管理机构在开展自身建设时,必须以现代企业化的管理模式来运营,以更灵活、有效的管理制度及手段来减少工作失误,以科学的协调合提高开展工程项目质量管理工作的积极性,并以最终形成“责任主体主控、政府部门调控、业主不控”的高效管理机制,更好更有效更科学地推进建设工程质量管理工作发展。博物馆工程项目施工的质量管理目标是博物馆工程项目管理的核心目标,它是工程建设的关键,质量决定着工程的效益和进度。要想系统有效地对博物馆工程项目施工实施质量管理,必须运用质量管理的基本原理和质量控制的基本方法,监督管理博物馆工程项目施工的质量管理体系,进行全方位、整体化的系统质量管理。落实各方各部门质量管理的职责,通过控制博物馆工程项目施工过程中的各环节的质量,强效防范、及时确处理博物馆工程项目施工的质量问题。本文主要从多方位管理在博物馆工程项目施工质量管理中的作用入手加以阐述,分析影响工程质量的因素、控制工程质量的手段和方法,力求解决博物馆工程项目施工质量管理的出现的问题。本文的研究分六个部分:第一部分的研究内容是绪论,主要从问题的提出与研究背景、本文研究的内容及方法、创新点等三个方面进行研究:第二部分的研究内容是工程项目质量管理理论综述,主要从工程项目质量理、设计阶段的质量管理、招投标阶段的质量管理和施工阶段的质量管理、博物馆基建工程项目质量管理存在的问题、本章小结等六个方面进行研究:第四部分的研究内容是青岛葡萄酒博物馆工程项目的质量管理,主要从青岛葡萄酒博物馆工程项目管理方法的分析、博物馆工程项目质量管理的过程等两个方面进行研究:第五部分的研究内容是提升青岛葡萄酒博物馆工程项目质量管理的有效对策,主要从工程设计方面应采取的对策、招投标方面应采取的对、施工方面应采取的对策和本章小结等四个方面进行研究:第六部分的研究内容是结论与展望,主要总结形成论文结论并对今后研究工作与方向进行展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous progress of social life, the public has put forward higher and higher requirements for project quality. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the quality management of Engineering projects. So far, it has gone through more than 30 years, and the quality management of engineering projects has made a series of achievements at the same time. A lot of practical problems have arisen, for example, the nature of the project quality management organization has not been clearly positioned, the project quality management model can not keep up with the development of project quality management, some commercial housing quality complaints have not been satisfactorily resolved and the supervision of the construction and management of the organization itself there are many. Only by improving the authority and validity of the project quality management organization can it make the project quality management work in our country have more powerful practical significance, and further play its positive role in the vigorous development of the construction cause. Under the new situation of development, how to complete and ultimately implement the scientific supervision and effective supervision on the quality of Engineering projects, and how to ensure the further improvement of the quality and level of engineering projects in order to cope with the rapid development of the construction market. To operate, with more flexible and effective management system and means to reduce work errors, with scientific coordination to improve the initiative to carry out project quality management work, and ultimately form a "responsible subject control, government departments control, owner uncontrolled" efficient management mechanism, better and more effective and more scientific to promote the quality of construction projects. The quality management goal of the museum project construction is the core goal of the museum project management. It is the key of the project construction, and the quality determines the benefit and progress of the project. The basic methods of control, the quality management system of supervision and management of museum project construction, the all-round and integrated system quality management, the implementation of various departments of quality management responsibilities, through the control of the quality of the various links in the construction process of Museum project, effective prevention, timely and accurate treatment of museum project construction This paper mainly expounds the function of multi-directional management in the construction quality management of Museum project, analyzes the factors that affect the quality of the project, the means and methods of controlling the quality of the project, and tries to solve the problems of the construction quality management of Museum project. Part of the research content is the introduction, mainly from the problem put forward and research background, the content and methods of this study, innovation and other three aspects of research: the second part of the research content is the project quality management theory review, mainly from the project quality theory, design phase of quality management, bidding phase of quality management The fourth part is about the quality management of Qingdao Wine Museum project, mainly from the analysis of Qingdao Wine Museum project management methods, Museum Project The fifth part is about the effective countermeasures to improve the quality management of Qingdao Wine Museum project, mainly from the aspects of Engineering design, bidding, construction and other aspects of the countermeasures to be taken and the summary of this chapter. Research: The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of the research, which mainly summarizes and forms the conclusion of the paper and prospects the future research work and direction.
