干混砂浆的应用技术研究

【摘要】:建筑砂浆是土木建筑工程中不可缺少的建筑材料,其用量之大使用范围之广仅次于混凝土。传统的砂浆是在工地现场由水泥、石灰膏和砂子混合加水搅拌而成。其缺点是:需要大面积的原材料堆场,配合比控制不准,因此,砂浆质量得不到有效保证,材料浪费严重,环保问题突出,严重影响建筑工程的质量和建筑功能。干混砂浆作为建材领域的一种新型绿色建筑材料,凭借其质量稳定、施工效益好、环保利废和大大改善施工环境等优势逐渐走上建筑工程的舞台。干混砂浆的开发与应用,是建筑业和建材业的一次新技术革命,是未来新材料新技术发展的一个主要方向。但是,干混砂浆作为一种新兴事物,中国的干混砂浆产业才刚刚起步,人们对这种材料的社会认知度依然偏低。所以,干混砂浆的推广应用技术还有待于提高。本文介绍了干混砂浆的国内外研究现状,推广应用所面临的问题,调查研究了干混砂浆与传统的现场搅拌砂浆在工程质量,经济成本以及社会效益三个方面的优劣点对比。通过理论分析和试验研究了各种原材料在干混砂浆中的作用机理,提出了对各种基本组成材料的质量要求,优化设计出了普通干混砂浆的配合比,检验了各干混砂浆的稠度,保水性,抗压强度,粘结强度和抗渗等级等各种性能指标,论述了干混砂浆中各种成分对砂浆性能的影响,为普通干混砂浆的推广应用奠定了可靠的技术基础。
[Abstract]:Building mortar is an indispensable building material in civil engineering, and its usage is second only to that of concrete. Traditional mortar is made at site by mixing cement, lime paste and sand with water. Its shortcoming is that it needs a large area of raw material yard, the mix ratio is not controlled correctly, therefore, the mortar quality can not be effectively guaranteed, the material waste is serious, the environmental protection problem is outstanding, which seriously affects the quality and the building function of the building engineering. As a new green building material in the field of building materials, dry-mixed mortar, with its advantages of stable quality, good construction efficiency, environmental protection and waste, and greatly improving the construction environment, has gradually stepped onto the stage of construction engineering. The development and application of dry-mixed mortar is a new technological revolution in the construction industry and building materials industry, and is a main direction of the development of new materials and new technologies in the future. However, as a new thing, the dry mixing mortar industry in China has just started, and the social cognition of this kind of mortar is still on the low side. Therefore, the application technology of dry mixing mortar needs to be improved. This paper introduces the present research situation of dry mixing mortar at home and abroad, the problems faced by its popularization and application, and investigates the comparison between dry mixed mortar and traditional field mixing mortar in three aspects: engineering quality, economic cost and social benefit. Through theoretical analysis and experiment, this paper studies the action mechanism of various raw materials in dry mixing mortar, puts forward the quality requirements of various basic composition materials, optimizes the mix ratio of ordinary dry mixed mortar, and tests the consistency of each dry mixed mortar. The effects of various components in dry mixing mortar on the properties of dry mixing mortar are discussed, which lays a reliable technical foundation for the popularization and application of ordinary dry mixed mortar.
