长治应急备用一水厂改建工程的工艺研究

【摘要】:长治市位于山西省东南部,辛安泉是城市的唯一供水水源。辛安泉水通过两条输水管道输送至第二水厂,管道输送能力为17.28万m3/d。水源一旦出现重大事件,长治市市区马上会无水可用,将会严重影响长治市人民群众正常生活和经济发展,进而影响到城市的长治久安。目前,第一水厂日供水规模7万m3,原为漳泽水库的配套水厂。但是,水库已停用多年,所以第一水厂也长期停产搁置,停用了近20年,设备严重老化,工艺落后,已经不能满足现有《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)的要求。所以必须将第一水厂改造,在原址建设7.5万m3/d的水处理设施。第一水厂改建工程厂址选在现状一水厂院内,将原有设施拆除,形成改建工程的用地。新建建、构筑物包括综合净化间、清水池、送水泵房及变配电间、加药消毒间、排水池、排泥池、污泥浓缩脱水车间、综合楼等,总用地面积20067m2,总建筑面积14134.8m2。为了响应国家节能减排号的召,选择了污泥处理系统。本水厂经处理后的出水水质达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)的要求。采用“气浮池+V型滤池”为主体的给水处理工艺以及“重力浓缩+离心脱水”为主体的污泥处理工艺。
[Abstract]:Changzhi City is located in the southeast of Shanxi Province, Xin'an Quan is the city's only water source. Xin'an springs are transported through two pipelines to the second water plant, with a capacity of 172800 m3 / d. Once there is an important event in the water source, there will be no water available in Changzhi city immediately, which will seriously affect the normal life and economic development of the people of Changzhi city, and then affect the long-term stability of the city. At present, the first water plant daily water supply scale 70, 000 m3, the original Zhangze Reservoir supporting water plant. However, the reservoir has been out of service for many years, so the first water plant has been suspended for a long time, which has been suspended for nearly 20 years. The equipment is seriously aged and the process is backward, which can no longer meet the requirements of the existing Sanitary Standards for drinking Water (GB5749-2006). So we have to rebuild the first water plant and build 75000 m3 / d water treatment facilities at the original site. The site of the first water plant reconstruction project is selected in the present water plant yard to demolish the original facilities and form the land for the reconstruction project. The new construction includes comprehensive purification room, clear water tank, water supply pump room and transformer and distribution room, medicament disinfection room, drain pool, mud drain pool, sludge concentration and dewatering workshop, comprehensive building, etc. The total land area is 20067 m2 and the total building area is 14134.8 m2. In order to respond to the call of national energy saving and emission reduction, sludge treatment system was selected. After treatment, the effluent quality of this water plant is up to the requirement of Sanitary Standard of drinking Water (GB5749-2006). The feed water treatment process with "V type air flotation filter" as the main body and the sludge treatment process with "gravity concentration centrifugal dehydration" as the main body were adopted.
