轨道交通城市综合体人行组织研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国城市化步伐逐步加快,城市人口,尤其是大城市人口也随之大幅度增加。人口的飞速增长,却让各大城市深深地陷入了的“城市病”泥沼中。一方面,更凸显了原本城市中已经存在的道路承载力不足的问题。另一方面,原本稀缺的土地资源问题更是雪上加霜。同样的问题也曾出现在20世纪末的香港、日本、新加坡等地。而香港等地在城市发展中引入了TOD开发理念,通过大规模建设轨道交通,尤其是地铁,并尝试将城市综合体结合轨道交通开发,建设轨道交通城市综合体。此举让香港等地在缓解“城市病”方面获得了巨大的成功。轨道交通城市综合体作为综合体的一类,其巨大的规模,复杂的建筑功能本身就具备了吸纳大量人流的能力。同时,轨道交通站点也为综合体带来了极具规模的人流。庞大的人流量,多样的需求共同构建了轨道交通城市综合体中复杂的人行组织。在这种情况下,如何有效组织人流,减少人在综合体内部的无谓流通,减轻综合体内部的交通压力,以及建立与城市步行系统的联系,是轨道交通城市综合体设计的关键之一。因此,笔者通过对大量已建成案例的实地调研与资料搜集,并对其人行特点及使用者需求进行分析,探讨轨道交通特性的加入对城市综合体人行组织的影响,进而总结出轨道交通城市综合体各类人行组织的设计策略,希望为未来轨道交通城市综合体建设提供一些借鉴和参考。本文主要包括以下四个方面内容:1)阐释了轨道交通城市综合体的概念及相关开发理念;2)分析了轨道交通城市综合体人行组织的特点;3)分析了轨道交通城市综合体各类人行组织的组织模式;4)总结了轨道交通城市综合体各类人行组织的设计策略;5)结合已建成的实例,分析设计策略在实践中的具体应用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the pace of urbanization in China has been gradually accelerated, and the urban population, especially the large city population, has also increased by a large margin. Rapid population growth, but let the major cities deep into the "urban disease" in the mire. On the one hand, it highlights the problem of insufficient road bearing capacity in the original city. On the other hand, the original scarcity of land resources is even worse. The same problems occurred in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and other places in the late 20 th century. Hong Kong and other places have introduced the concept of TOD in the urban development, through the large-scale construction of rail transit, especially subway, and try to combine the urban complex with rail transit development, the construction of rail transit urban complex. The move has allowed places such as Hong Kong to achieve great success in alleviating urban disease. Rail transit urban complex as a kind of complex, its huge scale, complex building function itself has the ability to absorb a large number of people. At the same time, rail transit stations for the complex also brought a very large number of people. The huge flow of people and various needs together build the complex pedestrian organization in the urban complex of rail transit. In this case, how to effectively organize the flow of people, reduce the unnecessary circulation of people inside the complex, reduce the traffic pressure inside the complex, and establish the connection with the urban walking system, is one of the key points in the design of the urban complex of rail transit. Therefore, through the field investigation and data collection of a large number of completed cases, and the analysis of the characteristics of the Bank of China and the needs of the users, the author discusses the influence of the addition of the characteristics of the rail transit on the organization of the PBOC in the urban complex. Furthermore, the design strategies of various kinds of PBOC in the urban complex of rail transit are summarized, and some references are provided for the construction of urban complex of rail transit in the future. This paper mainly includes the following four aspects: 1) explain the concept of rail transit urban complex and related development concept 2) analyze the characteristics of rail transit urban complex pedestrian organization. 3) analyze the rail transit urban complex. The organizational model of all kinds of PBOC (4) summarizes the design strategy of all kinds of PBOC in the urban complex of rail transit. (5) combining with the established examples, Analyze the application of design strategy in practice.
