建筑企业知识产权保护体系研究

【摘要】:在经济高速发展的形势下,社会的整体科技创新水平得到了显著的提高,使得知识产权逐渐发展成为企业的核心资源,在企业参与市场竞争中也发挥着不可替代的关键作用。建筑业为我国的经济发展做了突出贡献,是国民经济的支柱产业,在新的形势下也要面对知识产权所带来的机遇与挑战。经过对企业知识产权保护有关文献的查阅与研究,按照综合性、系统性、创新性以及针对性的基本原则,与建筑企业知识产权保护所面临的实际现状相结合,本文构建了建筑企业的知识产权保护体系。该体系主要涵盖六个方面的内容,分别为企业的知识产权保护战略、知识产权保护内容、知识产权保护组织、知识产权保护制度、知识产权保护工具以及知识产权保护风险预警机制,为建筑企业知识产权保护体系的建立和完善提供参考和借鉴。在科学性、系统性、可比性以及可操作性原则的指导下,基于前人的研究成果本文构建了建筑企业知识产权保护体系评价指标,并且利用群组决策特征根法和相关性分析法分别对指标的关键性和相关性进行分析,以确保指标的科学性与合理性。在对比、分析各种常见的评价方法基础上,确定了模糊网络分析法作为建筑企业知识产权保护体系的评价方法,保证评价结果的可靠性,以期为建筑企业知识产权保护水平的提高起到推动作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the whole level of scientific and technological innovation in society has been greatly improved, which makes intellectual property rights gradually develop into the core resources of enterprises, and also plays an irreplaceable key role in the participation of enterprises in market competition. The construction industry has made outstanding contributions to the economic development of our country and is the pillar industry of the national economy. Under the new situation, it will also face the opportunities and challenges brought by intellectual property rights. After consulting and studying the relevant documents on intellectual property protection of enterprises, and in accordance with the basic principles of comprehensiveness, systematization, innovation and pertinence, it is combined with the actual situation of intellectual property protection faced by construction enterprises. This article has constructed the construction enterprise intellectual property protection system. The system mainly covers six aspects: the enterprise's intellectual property protection strategy, the intellectual property protection content, the intellectual property protection organization, the intellectual property protection system, Intellectual property protection tools and early warning mechanism of intellectual property protection risk provide reference and reference for the establishment and improvement of intellectual property protection system of construction enterprises. Under the guidance of the principles of science, systematization, comparability and maneuverability, based on the previous research results, this paper constructs the evaluation index of intellectual property protection system of construction enterprises. In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the index, the method of group decision feature root and the method of correlation analysis are used to analyze the key and correlation of the index respectively. On the basis of comparison and analysis of various common evaluation methods, the fuzzy network analysis method is determined as the evaluation method of intellectual property protection system of construction enterprises to ensure the reliability of the evaluation results.
