热处理对龙游砂岩动态断裂韧度的影响

【摘要】:作为龙游石窟的主要成分,龙游砂岩往往在高温和高应变率条件下会遭到破坏。因此高温下龙游砂岩动态断裂韧度的研究对龙游石窟的保护有重要意义。针对不同热处理温度下的龙游砂岩,采用微米X射线计算机断层扫描技术分析了砂岩的热损伤,并运用分离式霍普金森压杆实验研究了砂岩在加载率8~270 GPa·m1/2/s时的动态断裂韧度。实验表明,龙游砂岩的断裂韧度随着加载率的增加而增加。在相同的加载率下,除450℃以外,断裂韧度随着热处理温度的升高而减小。结合准静态和动态实验数据,建立了描述龙游砂岩动态断裂韧度和加载率以及热处理温度关系的模型。
[Abstract]:As the main component of Longyou grottoes, Longyou sandstone is often destroyed under high temperature and high strain rate. Therefore, the study of dynamic fracture toughness of Longyou sandstone at high temperature is of great significance to the protection of Longyou Grottoes. Thermal damage of Longyou sandstone under different heat treatment temperature was analyzed by micron X-ray computed tomography. The dynamic fracture toughness of sandstone at loading rate of 870 GPa / 1 / 2 / s was studied by split Hopkinson pressure bar experiment. The experimental results show that the fracture toughness of Longyou sandstone increases with the increase of loading rate.
