成都可再生能源建筑应用研究

【摘要】:随着城镇化进程的快速推进,城市建筑能耗的不断增加,传统能源储量不足且大量的开发利用造成环境恶化,能源问题已经成为制约社会经济发展及可持续发展的重要问题,因此发展太阳能、地热能、沼气能等可再生能源建筑应用是解决当前能源供需矛盾突出的有效途径,对有效降低建筑能耗、提高社会经济效益有着重要意义。成都市作为可再生能源建筑应用示范城市,应该制定较为健全的政策法规,加快推进可再生能源建筑应用技术,为四川省甚至全国的可再生能源建筑应用做示范带动作用。本文针对成都地区实际建筑能耗及用能情况,针对示范项目可再生能源建筑应用的具体情况,对成都市可再生能源建筑应用进行用能规划,为今后成都市制定可再生能源建筑应用相关政策和规划用能提供有力的参考。本论文首先通过查阅大量可再生能源相关理论了解不同可再生能源建筑应用技术原理及发展不同类型可再生能源所需的条件。其次从成都市可再生能源建筑应用条件、成都市可再生能源建筑应用概况、成都市可再生能源建筑应用相关政策情况等对成都市可再生资源概况进行分析,提出发展前景及存在问题。对成都市街子古镇、三道堰古镇、成都市区的建筑形式、居民用能形式、对可再生能源的认识等内容进行问卷调查,通过PKPM节能设计软件分别对成都市区和街子古镇某住宅进行模拟分析并进行围护结构节能优化设计,对街子古镇某农户住宅进行建筑节能设计,为成都地区推广建筑节能技术及可再生能源建筑应用技术做深入调查分析。最后对成都可再生能源建筑应用示范项目进行测试分析,根据不同类型可再生能源建筑应用的测试结果,分别分析几个项目的节能效益,包括常规能源替代量、环境效益、经济效益、费效比、判定分级几个方面的分析,并对几个项目的节能效益进行对比,分析影响其经济效益的因素,对可再生能源建筑应用效果进行评价。根据前面对成都市可再生能源建筑应用的大量分析,最终制定适合成都市可再生能源建筑应用相应的激励政策和保障措施的中长期规划,且对该规划进行节能效益分析给予具体说明。近年来我国可再生能源的建筑应用与利用迅速发展,并制定了一系列政策措施,但能源短缺问题依旧制约着我国的经济发展,各地方关于可再生能源的政策还很不完善,可再生能源的利用并没有得到全面深入的推广。本文对可再生资源条件较丰富的成都市作为研究对象,对成都市可再生能源建筑应用进行研究,从而提出合理的中长期规划,对今后四川省及其它可再生能源建筑应用示范城市对可再生能源的利用与推广无疑具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid advancement of urbanization and the increasing energy consumption of urban buildings, the shortage of traditional energy resources and the environmental deterioration caused by a large number of development and utilization of traditional energy resources have become an important problem that restricts the social and economic development and sustainable development. Therefore, the development of solar energy, geothermal energy, biogas energy and other renewable energy construction applications is an effective way to solve the problem of energy supply and demand, which is of great significance to effectively reduce building energy consumption and improve social and economic benefits. As a demonstration city of renewable energy construction application, Chengdu should formulate relatively sound policies and regulations, accelerate the promotion of renewable energy building application technology, and make a demonstration of renewable energy building application in Sichuan province and even the whole country. In view of the actual building energy consumption and energy use in Chengdu area and the specific situation of renewable energy building application in demonstration project, the energy use planning of renewable energy building application in Chengdu is carried out in this paper. It provides a powerful reference for the future development of renewable energy building application policies and energy use planning in Chengdu. In this paper, firstly, through consulting a large number of renewable energy related theories to understand the different renewable energy building technology principles and the development of different types of renewable energy requirements. Secondly, this paper analyzes the renewable resources in Chengdu from the following aspects: the application conditions of renewable energy buildings in Chengdu, the application of renewable energy buildings in Chengdu, and the policies related to the construction application of renewable energy in Chengdu. The development prospect and existing problems are put forward. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the building forms, residents' energy use forms, and the knowledge of renewable energy sources in the old towns of Jiezi, Sandao-yan, Chengdu, etc. The energy saving design software of PKPM is used to simulate and analyze the residential building in Chengdu city and the ancient town of Jiezi, and to optimize the energy saving design of the enclosure structure, and to design the building energy saving of a peasant household house in the old town of Jiezi. It makes a deep investigation and analysis for the popularization of building energy saving technology and renewable energy building application technology in Chengdu area. Finally, the test and analysis of Chengdu renewable energy building application demonstration project are carried out. According to the test results of different types of renewable energy building applications, the energy-saving benefits of several projects are analyzed, including the conventional energy substitution amount and environmental benefits. This paper analyzes the economic benefit, the ratio of cost to efficiency, the judgment and grading, compares the energy saving benefit of several projects, analyzes the factors that affect the economic benefit, and evaluates the application effect of renewable energy building. According to the analysis of the application of renewable energy architecture in Chengdu, the medium and long term plan suitable for the application of renewable energy building in Chengdu is drawn up. And the energy-saving benefit analysis of the program to give a specific explanation. In recent years, the construction application and utilization of renewable energy in China have developed rapidly, and a series of policies and measures have been formulated. However, the problem of energy shortage still restricts the economic development of our country, and the policies on renewable energy in various places are still not perfect. The use of renewable energy has not been thoroughly promoted. In this paper, Chengdu, which has abundant renewable resources, is taken as the research object, and the application of renewable energy in Chengdu is studied, and a reasonable medium and long term plan is put forward. It will undoubtedly have certain theoretical value and practical significance for the use and promotion of renewable energy in Sichuan Province and other renewable energy building demonstration cities in the future.
