部分外包型钢混凝土黏结滑移性能的试验研究

【摘要】:通过对10个部分外包型钢混凝土进行推出试验,对部分外包型钢混凝土的黏结机理、黏结强度和黏结滑移本构关系等关键问题进行研究,分析混凝土强度等级、型钢与混凝土接触面状态及接触长度对型钢与混凝土间黏结滑移性能的影响,考察型钢翼缘及型钢腹板与混凝土的黏结强度。试验研究结果表明,生赤锈型钢的黏结应力比普通型钢高;型钢翼缘相对于腹板对总体黏结作用贡献更大;混凝土强度等级、接触面状态及接触长度是影响黏结强度的重要因素。根据所有试件的初始滑移黏结强度、极限黏结强度、残余黏结强度及其荷载-滑移曲线,提出部分外包型钢混凝土的黏结-滑移表达式,为部分外包型钢-混凝土组合构件抗剪连接性能的进一步研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:The key problems such as bonding mechanism, bond strength and bond slip constitutive relation of partially wrapped steel reinforced concrete (SRC) were studied through the extrapolation test of 10 parts of SRC, and the strength grade of SRC was analyzed. The influence of the contact state and the contact length on the bond and slip behavior between section steel and concrete was studied. The bond strength of section steel flange and steel web plate with concrete was investigated. The experimental results show that the bonding stress of rusty section steel is higher than that of normal section steel, the contribution of section steel flange to the overall bonding is greater than that of web plate, and the strength grade of concrete is higher than that of normal section steel. Contact surface state and contact length are important factors affecting bonding strength. According to the initial slip bond strength, ultimate bond strength, residual bond strength and load-slip curve of all specimens, the cement-slip expression of partially wrapped steel reinforced concrete (SRC) is presented. It provides a reference for further research on shear connection performance of some steel-concrete composite members.
