钢管悬挑脚手架应用施工技术

【摘要】:南京会议展览中心的会议中心工程的外脚手架充分利用建筑钢管搭拆方便的特点,考虑外墙防水、保温及回填等分项工程与主体结构施工同步作业的进度安排的需要,以及"经济"、"合理"、"安全可靠"的项目部管理宗旨,采用了钢管作悬挑梁的新型悬挑外脚手架构造体系。在完成室外防水、保温及回填等分项后,该体系还具有很方便地转换为常规的双排落地架的特点,架体具有使用方便、经济效益明显的优越性。
[Abstract]:The external scaffolding of the conference center project of Nanjing Convention and Exhibition Center makes full use of the convenient characteristics of the construction of steel pipe, and takes into account the need of the schedule of synchronizing the construction of the exterior wall waterproof, thermal insulation and backfill with the main structure construction. As well as "economy", "reasonable", "safe and reliable" project management purposes, the steel pipe as a cantilever beam of a new type of cantilevered scaffolding construction system. After the outdoor waterproofing, heat preservation and backfilling are finished, the system also has the characteristics of converting into the conventional double row landing frame conveniently, and the frame body has the advantages of convenient use and obvious economic benefit.
