基于自然与人文融合的山地旅游度假别墅区规划设计研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会经济的快速发展以及现在人民生活质量的不断提高,人们开始渴望回归自然、重拾人本,对旅行的要求也越来越高,以休闲、放松、娱乐、康体为目的的度假旅游随之兴盛起来,山地旅游度假别墅区的开发与建设也进入了前所未有的高潮。但是经过调研发现,我国在山地旅游度假别墅区的规划建设上还存在很多不足:譬如忽视环境,破坏生态;造型呆板,忽略功能;文化趋同,缺乏个性;盲目追新,忘却历史等,与此相关的研究也尚待完善。为了解决这些问题,本文从基于自然与人文融合的视野出发,探讨山地旅游度假别墅区的规划设计。本论文首先提出了山地旅游度假别墅区规划设计的研究背景、意义和研究方法,然后从有关山地旅游度假别墅区规划的国内外研究概况和相关概念进行了深入的分析,并提出本论文的研究框架。其次,论文对相关的理论进行研究分析,并就中国当代山地旅游度假别墅区案例进行调研分析,针对山地这一特定的自然环境条件,提出并探讨基于自然与人文融合的设计原则及方法,最后将理论应用于武安长寿村风景区的山地旅游度假别墅区的规划设计实践。本文的研究将注重理论与实践相结合,以期为以后的山地旅游度假别墅区的规划设计提供正确的设计方向和理论指导。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy and the continuous improvement of the people's quality of life, people begin to yearn to return to nature, pick up people's roots, and have higher and higher requirements for travel. They want to relax, and entertain. The resort tourism for the purpose of recreation and sports has flourished, and the development and construction of mountain tourism vacation villas has also entered an unprecedented climax. However, through investigation, it is found that there are still many deficiencies in the planning and construction of mountain tourism and vacation villas in our country, such as ignoring the environment, destroying the ecology, ignoring the function, cultural convergence and lack of individuality. Blind pursuit of new, forget history, and so on, and related research is still to be improved. In order to solve these problems, this paper discusses the planning and design of mountain tourism vacation villas from the perspective of the fusion of nature and humanity. This paper first puts forward the background, significance and research methods of planning and design of mountain tourism resort villas, and then makes an in-depth analysis of the domestic and foreign research situation and related concepts of mountain tourism vacation villas planning. The research framework of this paper is put forward. Secondly, the paper carries on the research and analysis to the related theory, and carries on the investigation and analysis to the Chinese contemporary mountain tourism vacation villa area case, aiming at the mountain this special natural environment condition, This paper puts forward and discusses the design principles and methods based on the fusion of nature and humanity. Finally, the theory is applied to the planning and design practice of mountain tourism resort villa area in Changshou Village, Wuan. The research in this paper will focus on the combination of theory and practice in order to provide the correct design direction and theoretical guidance for the planning and design of mountain tourism vacation villa area in the future.
