郑州某居住建筑空调环境实测与模拟研究

【摘要】:根据国际能源署统计,建筑能耗在世界终端能耗中占比已超过40%,建筑节能已引起世界各国的重视,采用建筑能耗模拟软件对建筑进行模拟分析也越来越流行。我国这几年随着房地产业的发展,建筑能耗也逐年增加,我国要建立起能源、环境、人口可持续发展型社会,提高建筑节能效率,降低建筑能耗势在必行。本文通过查阅文献,调研中外建筑能耗研究方面的现状和最新前沿资讯,介绍Ecotect、DeST和EnergyPlus等三种模拟软件的工作原理,并运用三种软件对同一建筑模型进行负荷模拟,总结它们的特点。本文实测案例为河南省郑州市的一栋居民楼里的某居民住宅。测量该住宅内朝向和功能各不相同的七个房间的温湿度数据,通过对比,得出主卧因使用空调器,较好的改善了房间的热湿环境,能使与之相邻房间的温度降低1~2℃,但不能保证非空调房间与空调房间具有相同的热湿效果;同时相邻的厨房和卫生间的温度平均相差2℃,表明房间内人员的活动对建筑的热湿环境存在显著影响。然后,运用DeST和EnergyPlus两个软件对本文实测案例进行模拟计算。通过对比模拟计算结果和实测结果,发现DeST和EnergyPlus均能较准确的模拟出建筑物的能耗状况和室内热湿环境趋势,但因室内人员的活动,模拟数据与实测存在差异,在空调房间,DeST模拟的温度比实测低2℃,原因是DeST模拟时设定房间温度为26℃,而实测中空调房间的温度是变化的,并非固定值,而非空调房间模拟与实测温度相差4℃。采用Energyplus进行模拟,在阳台的模拟结果与实测基本吻合,但其他房间数据差别很大。通过两个模拟软件的模拟结果与实测对比,表明模拟软件可以定性模拟建筑的能耗,但是建筑能耗的准确资料,还需要实测。最后,采用DeST和EnergyPlus软件对建筑围护结构对建筑能耗模拟表明,采用厚度为0.4m的隔热保温层可以降低建筑能耗并满足室内舒适性要求,故可采用此方法对此类建筑进行节能改造。
[Abstract]:According to the statistics of the International Energy Agency, building energy consumption has accounted for more than 40 percent of the world's terminal energy consumption. Building energy conservation has attracted the attention of countries all over the world, and the use of building energy consumption simulation software to simulate and analyze buildings is becoming more and more popular. With the development of real estate industry in China, building energy consumption is increasing year by year. It is imperative for our country to establish a sustainable development society of energy, environment and population, to improve the efficiency of building energy conservation and to reduce building energy consumption. This paper introduces the working principle of three kinds of simulation software, such as Ecotect,DeST and EnergyPlus, and uses three kinds of software to simulate the load of the same building model by consulting the literature, investigating the current situation and the latest frontier information of building energy consumption research at home and abroad, and introducing the working principle of three kinds of simulation software, such as Ecotect,DeST and EnergyPlus. Summarize their characteristics. The case of this paper is a residential building in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The temperature and humidity data of seven rooms with different orientation and function were measured.
