基于传统中医理论的中医诊疗空间及其设计对策研究

【摘要】：中医是中国的传统医学,其体现的人与自然天人合一的整体哲学观、阴阳五行的辨证论治以及人与自然的和谐观是我国优秀民族文化中的瑰宝。近些年,中国传统医学在国际上的地位日益提升,但现代中医医院建设却没有严格的规范化要求,更缺乏相关基础理论的指导,使得中医院设计盲目趋向西医医院,针对医院内部传统疗法的诊疗空间设计欠缺,在物理环境和心理环境方面设计粗糙,空间私密感和安全感无法满足,空间氛围的营造上缺少对中医传统文化的体现,无法体现中医理论精髓。本文以此为背景,在中医传统理论的指导下,根据中医诊疗空间的受众人群对空间环境的身体和心理需求提出具体的设计对策。首先,本文介绍了中医传统医学及现代中医医院建设情况,明确本研究的目的和意义,概述了目前国内外在该领域的研究现状,确定了研究方法和内容框架。其次,文章对传统中医理论做了概括性的阐释,对中医诊疗空间进行进一步的分类和定义,明确本论文的研究范围,建立了中医理论的哲学观、思维方法和养生观对中医诊疗空间在设计原则、设计要点和空间服务特征的指导意义,并对每一部分进行详细分析。其次,通过总结现有文献和实例调研,对国内6家中医医院的诊疗空间进行详细深入的调查,通过观察和探访,对调研得出的问题进行归类汇总,从心理因素和物理因素两方面对医护人员、患者和陪护人员分别发放问卷和深入访谈,分析得出目前中医诊疗空间主要面临空间模式混杂、心理环境粗糙、物理环境失衡和文化环境淡漠等问题。最后,在中医传统理论的指导下,分别针对上述问题得出在中医元气论、五行论、阴阳论和养生观指导下的相应的设计对策,分别提出诊疗空间的协调化设计、平衡性设计、感知性设计和人本化设计四个方向的设计策略,具体涉及到空间选址、空间容量、空间布局、物理环境设计、视觉、触觉、嗅觉设计和休闲化、园林化设计以及传统文脉的情景化表达等。综上所述,本文对中医诊疗空间对策的研究主要是在中医传统理论的指导下,并结合心理学和行为学,依据对诊疗空间及其受众人群的调研数据的结果分析得出空间设计的原则和要点,提出基于传统中医理论的诊疗空间设计对策,并希望在以后的研究中进一步完善。
[Abstract]:Chinese medicine is the traditional medicine in China, which embodies the integral philosophy of the unity of man and nature, the dialectical treatment of yin and yang and the harmony between man and nature. It is a treasure in the excellent national culture of our country. In recent years, the status of Chinese traditional medicine in the international community has been rising day by day, but the construction of modern Chinese medicine hospitals does not have strict standardization requirements and lacks the guidance of relevant basic theories, which makes the design of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals blindly tend to western medicine hospitals. In view of the lack of diagnosis and treatment space design of traditional therapy in hospital, the rough design in physical and psychological environment, the lack of space privacy and sense of security, the lack of embodiment of traditional Chinese medicine culture in the construction of space atmosphere. Unable to embody the essence of traditional Chinese medicine theory. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, this paper puts forward specific design countermeasures according to the physical and psychological needs of the audience of TCM diagnosis and treatment space. Firstly, this paper introduces the construction of traditional Chinese medicine and modern Chinese medicine hospitals, clarifies the purpose and significance of this study, summarizes the current research situation in this field at home and abroad, and determines the research methods and content framework. Secondly, the article makes a general explanation to the traditional Chinese medicine theory, further classifies and defines the diagnosis and treatment space of traditional Chinese medicine, clarifies the research scope of this paper, and establishes the philosophy view of the traditional Chinese medicine theory. The guiding significance of thinking method and health preserving view to the design principles, design essentials and spatial service features of TCM diagnosis and treatment space, and the detailed analysis of each part. Secondly, through summing up the existing literature and case study, the author makes a detailed and in-depth investigation on the diagnosis and treatment space of 6 Chinese medicine hospitals in China. Through observation and visits, the problems obtained from the investigation are classified and summarized. From two aspects of psychological and physical factors, the medical staff, patients and escort personnel are given questionnaires and in-depth interviews, and the analysis shows that the current TCM diagnosis and treatment space is mainly faced with mixed spatial patterns, and the psychological environment is rough. Physical environment imbalance and cultural environment indifference and other problems. Finally, under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, the corresponding design countermeasures under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory of qi, theory of five elements, theory of yin and yang and view of health preservation are obtained, respectively, and the coordinated design and balanced design of the diagnosis and treatment space are put forward respectively. The design strategy of perceptual design and humanized design involves space location, space capacity, space layout, physical environment design, vision, tactile, olfactory design and leisure. The design of garden and the situational expression of traditional context. To sum up, the research on the spatial strategies of TCM diagnosis and treatment in this paper is mainly guided by traditional Chinese medicine theory, and combined with psychology and behavior. Based on the analysis of the data of the diagnosis and treatment space and its audience, the principles and main points of the space design are obtained, and the countermeasures of the diagnosis and treatment space design based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory are put forward, and it is hoped that it will be further improved in the future research.
