崇州市花果山老年养生休闲农园规划研究

【摘要】：随着我国步入老龄化社会,人口老龄化所引发的各类社会问题日趋明显,对社会的稳定和持续发展产生了不利影响。老年积极养生方式受到越来越多的关注和探索。同时,人们对养生环境和旅游农业的需求,促进了新型园区养生农业观光园的出现。老年养生休闲农业园将老年养生理念融合到农业观光园中,使老年群体不仅能享受到优美的自然田园风光,更能在大自然中养生保健,实现强身健体、颐养天年的目的。本文以崇州市花果山老年养生休闲农园规划为研究对象,以中国养生和现代养老的方法为主线,运用文献研究方法、案例分析法和实证研究法等研究方法,探讨如何把老年养生理念融合到休闲农园的规划中。首先,文章对老年养生及休闲农业园区的产生背景、相关概念作了鉴定,对中国传统文化和现代养老方式进行了分析,并选取国内外相关的典型案例进行分析。通过对美国图森峡谷农场等案例的项目简介、整体规划、养生体系三个方面分析总结,结合相关的基础理论,对老年养生理念在休闲农业观光园中的表达方式进行剖析。其次,基于上述理论,本研究对研究区进行了SWOT分析,从政策优势、区位优势和产业优势三方面进行优势分析,从区域资源开发程度和知名度两方面进行劣势分析,同时对机遇与挑战进行了剖析。本研究通过对园区区位条件、社会经济条件、基础设施条件等方面分别做详细分析,在方案的准备、执行等各个阶段中将老年生活习惯、性格特点等融入到休闲农业园区的规划设计中。然后,笔者对园区进行总体布局与规划设计,基于综合分析得出老年养生农业园设计原则和设计要点,对园区的进行总体布局与分区,并对各分区的规划涉及内容,即各区的选址和布局、养生空间与环境、植物群落配置、公共设施与小品、细节设计等方面内容进行规划与阐述。最后,该论文将理论研究应用于老年养生休闲农园规划的实践中,探讨理论研究的可操作性及实践性,最后针对从农业园区从市场、环境、技术、政策四方面进行风险评估,并对经济、社会、生态进行效益分析。
[Abstract]:As our country enters the aging society, all kinds of social problems caused by the aging of the population become more and more obvious, which have a negative impact on the stability and sustainable development of the society. More and more attention has been paid to the active health care of the elderly. At the same time, the demand for health environment and tourism agriculture promotes the appearance of new type park. The concept of health preservation for the elderly is integrated into the agricultural sightseeing garden in order to make the elderly group enjoy not only beautiful natural pastoral scenery, but also health care in nature, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening health and keeping fit for days and years. This paper takes the planning of Huaguoshan elderly Health and Leisure Farm in Chongzhou City as the research object, taking the methods of health preservation and modern old-age care in China as the main line, using the methods of literature research, case analysis and empirical research, and so on. This paper discusses how to integrate the idea of health preservation of the elderly into the planning of leisure farm garden. First of all, the paper analyzes the background and related concepts of health preservation and leisure agriculture park for the elderly, analyzes the traditional Chinese culture and modern old-age support methods, and analyzes the typical cases at home and abroad. Through the analysis and summary of the case of Tucson Canyon Farm, the whole planning and the health system, combined with the relevant basic theory, this paper analyzes the expression of the concept of health care for the elderly in the leisure agriculture and sightseeing garden. Secondly, based on the above theory, this research carries on the SWOT analysis to the research area, carries on the superiority analysis from the policy superiority, the location superiority and the industry superiority, carries on the inferiority analysis from the regional resources development degree and the popularity two aspects. At the same time, the opportunities and challenges are analyzed. Through the detailed analysis of the location conditions, social and economic conditions and infrastructure conditions of the park, this study will make a detailed analysis of the old people's living habits in the preparation and implementation of the plan. Personality features into the leisure agriculture park planning and design. Then, the author carries on the overall layout and the planning design to the park, based on the comprehensive analysis obtains the old age health agriculture garden design principle and the design key point, carries on the overall layout and the division to the park, and the planning involves the content to each district, That is, the location and layout of each district, health space and environment, plant community allocation, public facilities and sketches, detailed design and other aspects of planning and elaboration. Finally, the paper applies the theoretical research to the practice of planning the elderly health and leisure farm garden, discusses the feasibility and practicability of the theoretical research, and finally carries on the risk assessment from the market, the environment, the technology, the policy from the agricultural park. And economic, social, ecological benefits analysis.
