防屈曲耗能支撑在某钢框架加层加固中的应用
[Abstract]:As a new type of bracing member, the anti-buckling energy dissipation bracing is improved on the basis of the ordinary steel bracing, and its function is basically the same as that of the ordinary steel bracing, but under the action of repeated load, the bracing member yields without buckling. Thus, the full section yield can be realized both in compression and in tension. Under the rare earthquake, the main seismic energy of the structure is dissipated by the good hysteretic performance of the bracing member, which really plays the role of protecting the main structure. Although the predecessors have done a lot of theoretical research, but in practical engineering applications, there is no unified cognitive and design operation methods. In view of this, on the basis of consulting relevant literature and combining with practical engineering cases, In order to achieve two purposes: (1) to explore an effective practical design and analysis method which is operable; (2) to apply it in the analysis and design of a steel frame case. It is hoped that some suggestions on the arrangement of anti-buckling energy dissipation braces can be used to guide the practical design of engineering. The main contents are as follows: (a) according to the characteristics of the actual case, A general bracing scheme and four hybrid bracing schemes with anti-buckling and energy-dissipation bracing are proposed. PKPM and SAP2000 are used to analyze the modes of each of the above schemes, respectively, and the period of analysis is compared. In order to verify the correctness of the model and to understand the essential structural characteristics of each scheme,. (c) uses PKPM and SAP2000 to analyze each scheme by using the response spectrum method to check the displacement angle between elastic layers and the elastic horizontal displacement. The parameters, such as basement shear force, are verified and compared with each other, and the results are verified to meet the requirements of the Chinese code. (d) uses SAP2000 to carry out nonlinear time-history analysis of different structural schemes under rare earthquakes, and compares the technical data of each structural scheme, respectively. The capability of resisting earthquake and the energy dissipation of buckling braces are tested. Through the above work, we can get the following conclusions: 1) the anti-buckling energy dissipation bracing pair is better than the ordinary bracing, under the rare earthquake action, the energy consumption is obvious, the performance is better; 2) the anti-buckling energy dissipation bracing must be determined by the concept addition calculation, the arrangement way and the position must not be set at will; 3) under the premise of meeting the construction requirements, we should use as many small braces as possible to replace a few large ones. 4) if the BRB, installed in the structure cannot yield to energy consumption, it should be replaced by ordinary brace. In order to increase the safety of the structure and improve the economy; 5) the installation of anti-buckling energy dissipation braces should make the rigid center of mass of the structure coincide with the center of mass as far as possible. 6) the design flow of this kind of structure proposed in this paper is practical to a certain extent.
