区域供冷系统中制冷方式的经济成本对比

【摘要】:如何选择制冷方式和选择哪种制冷方式最优是目前区域供冷系统(DCS)规划建设时讨论的热点.文中以所建立的电压缩式和蒸汽吸收式制冷系统的分析模型为基础,进行了以制冷系统单位冷量的经济成本最低为目标的对比研究.结果表明:蒸汽热价/电价比越大,两种制冷方式经济成本相等时的蒸汽输送距离越短;当蒸汽热价/电价比大于1.13时,蒸汽吸收式制冷系统的经济成本恒高于电压缩式系统.由此得到结论:不同的制冷站应当结合蒸汽输送距离、电价和蒸汽热价选择适宜的制冷方式.
[Abstract]:How to choose the refrigeration mode and which one is the best is a hot topic in the planning and construction of regional cooling system (DCS). Based on the analytical models of electric compression refrigeration system and steam absorption refrigeration system, a comparative study has been carried out with the objective of the lowest economic cost per unit cooling rate of the refrigeration system. The results show that the shorter the steam transport distance is when the cost of the two refrigeration modes is equal with the increase of the ratio of steam heat price to electricity price. When the ratio of steam heating price to electricity price is greater than 1.13, the economic cost of steam absorption refrigeration system is always higher than that of electric compression system. It is concluded that different refrigeration stations should combine steam transport distance, electricity price and steam heat price to choose suitable refrigeration methods.
