中关村科技园区公共交往空间研究

【摘要】：科技园区在世界范围内快速发展,中关村科技园区是我国首家经国务院批准建立的国家级科技园区,目前园区面积已达到488平方公里,覆盖北京市全部十六个区县。经过三十年的发展,中关村科技园区由最初的企业集聚、产业集聚逐渐发展为以创新为主导动力的创新集聚型园区。科技园区的创新模式由“线型创新模式”发展演化为“网络创新模式”,创新环境和创新文化已成为科技园发展的重要动力。科技园区中的公共交往空间是构建科技园创新环境的物质载体,园区中很多创新性的想法都是在公共交往空间中获得。目前,中关村科技园区公共交往空间存在诸多问题,使得公共交往空间并不利于吸引园区工作者来此进行公共交往活动,公共交往空间对园区创新环境的营造和创新集聚的形成没有起到积极的促进作用。本文在深入分析国内外研究现状的基础上,回顾和展望了中关村科技园区的公共交往空间,并以三家中关村科技园区(中关村软件园一期、丰台园东区二期和联东U谷金桥产业园)为研究对象,深入评估了中关村科技园区公共交往行为和空间特征,以及公共交往空间的满意度。以此为研究基础,提出中关村科技园区公共交往空间的设计理论框架和相应的优化设计实证研究。论文包括六章,共三个部分。第一部分为提出问题,包括第一章和第二章。第一章为本文的研究背景、相关概念、研究对象和研究方法等内容。第二章对中关村科技园区的发展进行回顾和展望。第二部分为分析问题,包括第三章和第四章。这一部分的研究对象是公共交往空间的使用者,通过对三家中关村科技园区和公共交往空间使用者进行调研,了解公共交往活动的行为和空间特征以及使用者对公共交往空间的满意度。结合调研数据和研究结果找出目前中关村科技园区中公共交往空间的现状问题。第三部分为解决问题和实践研究,为文中第五章和第六章。结合对中关村科技园区公共交往空间现状问题的深入分析,提出中关村科技园区中的公共交往空间的优化设计理论框架,并应用所构建的理论框架对一家中关村科技园区(中关村软件园一期)已建成的公共交往空间进行优化设计,将理论研究与实践相结合。
[Abstract]:The Science and Technology Park has developed rapidly worldwide. Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park is the first state-level science and technology park approved by the State Council in China. At present, the area of the park has reached 488 square kilometers, covering all 16 districts and counties of Beijing. After 30 years of development, Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park has gradually developed from initial enterprise agglomeration and industrial agglomeration to innovation-oriented agglomeration park. The innovation mode of science and technology park has evolved from "linear innovation mode" to "network innovation mode". The innovation environment and innovation culture have become the important motive force for the development of science and technology park. The public communication space in the science and technology park is the material carrier to construct the innovation environment of the science and technology park, and many innovative ideas in the park are obtained in the public communication space. At present, there are many problems in the public communication space of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, which makes the public communication space not conducive to attracting workers from the park to engage in public communication activities. Public communication space does not play a positive role in the creation of innovation environment and the formation of innovation agglomeration. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper reviews and looks forward to the public communication space of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, and uses three Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park (phase one of Zhongguancun Software Park). The second phase of Fengtai Garden East District and the TIL U Gujinqiao Industrial Park) were used to evaluate the behavior and spatial characteristics of public communication in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, as well as the satisfaction of public communication space in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. On the basis of this research, this paper puts forward the theoretical framework of the design of public communication space in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park and an empirical study on the corresponding optimization design. The thesis consists of six chapters and three parts. The first part is to raise questions, including the first and second chapters. The first chapter is the research background, related concepts, research objects and research methods. The second chapter reviews the development of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. The second part is divided into the analysis question, including the third chapter and the fourth chapter. The research object of this part is the users of the public communication space. Through the research on the users of the three Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park and the public communication space, Understand the behavior and spatial characteristics of public communication activities and users' satisfaction with public communication space. The present situation of public communication space in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park is found out by combining research data and research results. The third part is the problem-solving and practical research, the fifth and sixth chapters. Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of public communication space in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, the theoretical framework for the optimization design of public communication space in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park is put forward. The theoretical framework is applied to optimize the public communication space of a Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park (the first phase of Zhongguancun Software Park), which combines theoretical research with practice.
