锂云母渣作为混凝土掺合料的制备工艺研究

【摘要】:为了使原状锂云母渣能够在混凝土中成功应用,展开了原状锂云母渣加工成掺合料的制备工艺探索试验,制备方法包括高低温干燥和球磨机粉磨,进行加工的主要目的在于降低锂云母渣的含水率以及降低锂云母渣颗粒细度;同时,为了提高试验效率,及时发现效果显著的制备工艺,每进行一次制备加工之后紧接着进行细度测试和锂云母渣混凝土强度试验。根据试验结果,确定了一种最优锂云母渣制备工艺如下:将原状锂云母渣在105℃干燥箱中干燥24 h以去除游离水分,再以300℃温度烘干2 h以去除结合水,接着在水泥球磨机内粉磨2 h,以此制备工艺制备的锂云母渣掺合料测得其45μm筛余为5.1%,并且掺入混凝土时对混凝土抗压强度作用显著,其作用效应要优于粉煤灰,并且早期强度高于普通混凝土,后期强度亦与普通混凝土相当。
