民用建筑节能评估研究

【摘要】:鉴于建筑能耗在我国能源消耗总量的比重逐渐增大,建筑节能已经成为影响社会经济发展的重要环节。然而由于目前建筑节能评估缺乏针对性及实用性的指导,导致建设方案描述不清晰、基础数据不准确,能耗测算随意性较大,节能措施十分笼统,落地性不强。如何针对建筑项目节能评估现状寻找对应措施以提高节能评估水平是节能评估工作亟需解决的现实问题。本文从节能评估现状出发,在对建筑节能评估内容及要点进行叙述的基础上,以某高校项目节能评估为例,研究建筑节能评估中存在的问题,最后指出节能评估中的关键控制点及应对措施。本文的主要内容包括:(1)针对目前建筑节能评估的现状,结合国家出台其他行业节能评估指南,对建筑节能评估的原则、方法、依据以及评估内容及要点进行详细综述。(2)根据建筑节能评估内容及要点,以某高校项目节能评估为例,从建设方案评估、节能措施评估、能源利用情况及能效水平评估进行了叙述;并采用因果图法对影响节能评估质量的因素进行分析,以期为改进节能评估提供方向。(3)提出改进建筑节能评估的对策与建议。通过分析建筑节能评估中的关键控制点,从现场踏勘、基础数据、节能措施、后续管理等四个方面提出改进建议,以期提高建筑节能评估水平。论文通过结合实例对节能评估及节能评估当中存在问题进行系统性研究,从而寻求改进对策及措施。研究成果将在一定程度上为建筑节能评估水平的提高提供帮助,同时也可为政府出台建筑节能评估相关政策及指南提供参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasing proportion of building energy consumption in the total energy consumption in China, building energy saving has become an important link affecting the social and economic development. However, due to the lack of pertinence and practical guidance in the assessment of building energy conservation, the description of the construction scheme is not clear, the basic data is not accurate, the energy consumption measurement is arbitrary, the energy saving measures are very general, and the landing property is not strong. How to find corresponding measures to improve the level of energy conservation evaluation is a practical problem that needs to be solved in the work of energy conservation evaluation. Starting from the present situation of energy conservation assessment, based on the description of the contents and main points of building energy conservation assessment, taking the energy conservation evaluation of a university project as an example, this paper studies the existing problems in building energy conservation assessment. Finally, the key control points and countermeasures in energy conservation evaluation are pointed out. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) according to the current situation of building energy conservation evaluation, combined with the introduction of other industry energy conservation assessment guidelines, the principles and methods of building energy conservation evaluation, According to the contents and main points of energy conservation assessment of buildings, taking the energy conservation evaluation of a university project as an example, from the construction plan evaluation, energy saving measures evaluation, Energy use and energy efficiency assessment are described; The causality diagram method is used to analyze the factors that affect the quality of energy conservation evaluation in order to provide the direction for improving the energy conservation evaluation. (3) the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the energy conservation assessment of buildings are put forward. Based on the analysis of the key control points in the assessment of building energy conservation, suggestions for improvement are put forward from four aspects: site survey, basic data, energy saving measures and subsequent management, in order to improve the level of building energy conservation assessment. In this paper, the problems in energy conservation evaluation and energy conservation evaluation are systematically studied, and the countermeasures and measures are sought. The research results will help improve the assessment level of building energy conservation to a certain extent, and can also provide reference for the government to issue relevant policies and guidelines for building energy conservation assessment.
