立体车库与公共空间的共融性研究设计

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,私家车数量的不断增加,许多城市出现交通拥堵的现象,车辆的增加必然会导致停车位的增加。但是城市的土地资源也非常的紧缺,根本不能为停车提供更多的面积,那么停车难的问题就会随之出现。解决该问题的关键是设计出一种在单位面积上增加停车数量的设施,立体车库便成为了最佳选择。本文通过对比分析不同类型立体车库之间的优缺点和结构特性,设计了一种在西安地区的、能满足西安地区这一特定条件下的目标人群的心理诉求的立体车库。本文通过相关资料查阅、收集,及调研分析和对设计调查所得出的人群诉求,进行归纳和统计,针对汽车立体车库的整体形态、色彩、结构,以及立体车库与原建筑群的配套等方面进行了研究和设计,同时对针对目标人群的心理诉求,进行了存车、取车、以及人流与车流的匹配等的统筹规划和设计。车库的整体形态、色彩、结构、主要为了和万达大楼及周边的建筑群相匹配从而决定的其形态,尤其对于车库和人购物进出万达商场的路线做了明确的规划,使用户在停完车之后能够很方便的去自己的目的地,满足用户的心理诉求,提升用户对立体车库的体验的全新感受。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing number of private cars, traffic jams appear in many cities, and the increase of vehicles will inevitably lead to the increase of parking spaces. But the urban land resources are also very scarce, can not provide more space for parking, then parking problems will appear. The key to solve this problem is to design a facility to increase the number of parking per unit area, and the stereoscopic garage becomes the best choice. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and structural characteristics of different types of stereoscopic garages, this paper designs a kind of stereoscopic garages in Xi'an area which can meet the psychological demands of the target population in Xi'an area. This article through the related information consultation, collection, and investigation and analysis and the design survey of the crowd demands, summarized and statistics, aimed at the car three-dimensional garage overall shape, color, structure, At the same time, the author carries on the overall planning and design to the psychological appeal of the target crowd, such as storing the car, picking up the car, and matching the passenger flow and the traffic flow, and so on, and so on the research and the design of the stereo garage and the original building group, etc. has carried on the overall plan and the design to the target crowd psychological appeal. The overall form, color, and structure of the garage are mainly determined to match the Wanda building and the surrounding buildings. In particular, a clear plan has been made for the route of the garage and people shopping to and from the Wanda mall. After parking, users can easily go to their destination, satisfy the psychological demands of users, and promote the new experience of the three-dimensional garage.
