外包发泡混凝土帽钢龙骨墙柱轴压试验与有限元分析
[Abstract]:The traditional light steel keel system has been developed for many years in China. This system has many advantages, but it can not be popularized in China because of its own shortcomings. In this paper, a kind of outer foamed concrete cap steel keel system is proposed, which aims to make up for the deficiency of traditional light steel keel system through the advantages of cap steel and foamed concrete, and to provide the basis for practical engineering application by understanding its axial compression performance. In this paper, the specimen of the wall column in the outer foamed concrete wall is taken as the research object of axial compression test, and the mechanical properties of the test material cap steel and foamed concrete are tested, and the corresponding strength and constitutive relation are obtained. The combined specimens of axial compression test consist of three kinds of strength foamed concrete and six thickness cap steel columns. The load, axial direction, horizontal displacement, strain in column and failure form are recorded during loading to failure. The load-displacement curves, load-strain curves and so on are obtained. The test results show that the bearing capacity of the wall column is increased, the stiffness is increased, and the mechanical performance is good. On the basis of the test, the finite element simulation analysis of cap steel keel foamed concrete column is carried out by using ABAQUS software, and the cap steel, foamed concrete and support connectors are established in accordance with the test results. Finally, the simulation results are obtained, including axial compression capacity, structural stiffness, buckling shape of cap steel and crack distribution of foamed concrete. The results obtained by finite element analysis (including cap steel and foamed concrete) are similar to those obtained from the test, which verifies the correctness of the finite element model. According to the actual finite element model, this paper further analyzes the influence factors of ultimate bearing capacity of foamed concrete light steel keel wall column, including concrete strength grade, cap steel thickness, cap steel extension length and cap steel web opening. Through the finite element analysis, the ultimate bearing capacity under the action of various factors is obtained, and the influence degree and mutual law of each factor on the bearing capacity are summed up, which lays a foundation for the application of the new light steel system in engineering practical design and calculation.
