现代智能建筑的防雷与接地工程设计研究

【摘要】:随着科技的不断进步,人口的不断增长,高层的办公建筑和住宅越来越多。由于新型的高层建筑比传统的建筑物更加智能化信息化,所以新型的智能建筑中一方面有大量的高精度的电子设备,另一方面信号回路增多,使智能建筑物系统更容易遭受雷电波的侵入,一旦雷电波侵入系统将会影响电子设备、电气设备的正常运行并且还会危及人生安全。因此智能建筑物的防雷显得尤为重要。雷电的危害主要有由直击雷引起的电效应、热效应以及机械效应对建筑物产生的危害,感应雷产生的电磁感应和静电感应等对弱电设备的危害,雷电波侵入的危害。针对以上的几种雷电对建筑物的危害形式,我们采取外部防雷和内部防雷相结合的综合防雷措施设计智能建筑物的防雷系统。本文介绍了在钦州某大楼工程上的主要设计工作,依据建筑物对雷电防护的要求确定接闪器的设计方案。再用雷电产生的热效应和机械效应原理中的公式来计算引下线遭受雷击的影响,确定引下线的设计方案。为了防止电磁脉冲波对建筑物中的电子设备、信号线、电源线的影响,用屏蔽、等电位、接地以及安装SPD保护电源系统和信号系统,并通过选型的数据测算来验证方案的正确性。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the increase of population, there are more and more high-rise office buildings and houses. Because the new high-rise buildings are more intelligent and informational than the traditional ones, there are a large number of high-precision electronic devices in the new-type intelligent buildings on the one hand, and the number of signal loops on the other. The intelligent building system is more vulnerable to the intrusion of lightning waves. Once the lightning wave intrudes into the system, it will affect the electronic equipment, electrical equipment normal operation and also endanger the safety of life. Therefore, the lightning protection of intelligent buildings is particularly important. The harm of lightning is mainly caused by direct lightning, thermal effect and mechanical effect to the building, electromagnetic induction and electrostatic induction caused by induced lightning to the weak electric equipment, and the harm of lightning wave invasion. In view of the above several kinds of lightning damage to the building, we adopt the combination of external lightning protection and internal lightning protection to design the lightning protection system of intelligent building. In this paper, the main design work of a building in Qinzhou is introduced, and the design scheme of the flasher is determined according to the requirements of the building for lightning protection. Then the formula of thermal effect and mechanical effect caused by lightning is used to calculate the influence of lightning strike on the lead line, and the design scheme of the lead line is determined. To prevent the influence of electromagnetic pulse waves on electronic equipment, signal lines and power lines in buildings, shielding, equipotential, grounding and installation of SPD protection power and signal systems, The correctness of the scheme is verified by the data calculation of the selection.
