九江地区商品混凝土生产及应用研究

【摘要】：本文首先分析国内外大环境下商品混凝土的发展状况,再对九江地区的市场现状进行调查探索,分析了实际生产中诸如产能失衡、监管不力、技术落后、粗放生产等问题。尽管近年来我国商品混凝土有了巨大发展,但与西方国家先进的技术和成熟的市场相比仍有不小差距。为了研究九江地区不同混凝土原材料对配合比性能的影响,在对九江各个混凝土公司和工程现场进行实地调查的基础上,分析了九江地区工程建设项目所用商品混凝土原材料的主要品牌和种类,从工程现场选取54组具有代表性的混凝土配合比并进行强度试验,分析了胶凝材料总量、水泥用量、矿物掺合料种类和用量及水胶比等对混凝土强度的影响规律。研究表明,增大胶凝材料用量能有效提高混凝土强度,但并非胶凝材料含量越多强度就会越大,而是要针对不同设计等级选择适合的水泥原材和外加剂,并要控制好胶凝材料中掺合料的比例。增大水泥用量能有效提高混凝土的抗压强度,但水泥用量进过400kg/m3后随着水泥用量增大混凝土强度增幅减小。此外,根据这些混凝土与强度的关系规律,筛选出性价比最高的配合比,给出了适合九江混凝土设计强度等级C30-C60的原材料种类和配合比的建议用量。另外,结合工程案例从原料采购、生产管理、运输施工、规划监管等方面对九江混凝土生产应用中的问题提出科学规划产能、采用数字监控平台提升监管效能、引进新的生产技术和设备、规范原料采购存放、加强现场施工管理等可行性建议。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the development of commercial concrete at home and abroad, then investigates and explores the market situation of Jiujiang area, and analyzes the problems in actual production, such as unbalance of production capacity, weak supervision, backward technology, extensive production and so on. In spite of the great development of commodity concrete in China in recent years, there is still a big gap in comparison with the advanced technology and mature market in western countries. In order to study the influence of different raw materials of concrete on mix ratio performance in Jiujiang area, on the basis of on-the-spot investigation of various concrete companies and engineering sites in Jiujiang area, This paper analyzes the main brands and types of commodity concrete raw materials used in Jiujiang area construction projects, selects 54 representative concrete mix ratios from the engineering site and carries on strength tests, analyzes the total amount of cementitious materials, cement dosage, and so on. The effects of mineral admixtures and water-binder ratio on the strength of concrete. The research shows that increasing the amount of cementitious material can effectively improve the strength of concrete, but not the greater the content of cementitious material, but the choice of suitable cement raw material and admixture for different design grades. It is necessary to control the proportion of admixtures in cementitious materials. Increasing the content of cement can effectively improve the compressive strength of concrete, but the increase of strength of concrete decreases with the increase of cement content after the addition of cement into 400kg/m3. In addition, according to the relationship between the concrete and the strength, the best ratio of cost-to-performance is selected, and the raw materials and the recommended dosage suitable for the design strength grade C30-C60 of Jiujiang concrete are given. In addition, from the aspects of raw material purchase, production management, transportation construction, planning supervision and so on, this paper puts forward the scientific planning capacity of Jiujiang concrete production and application, and adopts the digital monitoring platform to improve the supervision efficiency. Introduction of new production technology and equipment, standardization of raw materials procurement and storage, strengthening site construction management and other feasible suggestions.
