劲性复合桩抗拔承载机理分析与改进对策

【摘要】:由水泥土桩与预应力抗拔管桩组合所形成的劲性复合桩用于大型多层商业综合体建筑的抗浮构件,在国内外尚属首次。本文通过既有劲性复合抗拔管桩的承载机理分析、校核与对比,指出设计劲性复合抗拔桩存在承载力不足、耐久性缺陷,以及主导规程依据缺失等问题;根据静载试验桩与实际劲性复合抗拔桩受力工况条件对比分析,得出实际劲性复合桩的抗拔承载力特征值小于静载试验结果的结论;并依据分析结果,对桩基结构进行处置改进,使柱下独立承台群桩基础呈群桩整体破坏,而劲性复合桩中的刚性管桩与灌芯组合结构,以及刚性桩与承台节点不发生破坏,此时,可满足设计抗浮承载能力的要求。
[Abstract]:It is the first time at home and abroad that the rigid composite pile formed by the combination of cement-soil pile and prestressed pipe-pulling pile is used in the anti-floating component of large-scale multi-storey commercial complex building. Based on the analysis, check and comparison of the bearing mechanism of the existing composite anti-pull pipe pile, it is pointed out that there are some problems in the design of the composite anti-pull pile, such as the insufficient bearing capacity, the durability defect, and the lack of the leading rules. According to the comparison and analysis between static load test pile and actual strength composite pile under load condition, it is concluded that the characteristic value of pull-out bearing capacity of actual composite pile is smaller than that of static load test. According to the result of analysis, the structure of pile foundation is improved, so that the pile foundation of independent cap pile group under the column is destroyed as a whole, but the composite structure of rigid pipe pile and grouting core in the rigid composite pile, and the joint of rigid pile and cap are not destroyed. At this time, the design can meet the requirements of anti-floating bearing capacity.
