端部开口和封闭的干煤棚风荷载试验研究

【摘要】:干煤棚结构一般采用轻质屋面体系,是一种典型的风敏感结构。因此,风荷载是控制结构设计的主要侧向荷载之一,是进行结构设计不可忽视的问题。本文对两个矢跨比相同而分别在端截面采用开口形式和采用半球形网壳封闭形式的干煤棚(柱面和球面网壳组合式干煤棚)进行了刚性模型风洞测压试验,对干煤棚结构表面的平均风压的分布特征、极值风压系数随风向角的变化以及周边的干扰效应进行了研究。同时,就端部开口及端部封闭对风荷载分布的影响进行了比较和分析。研究发现,端部半球形封闭使得干煤棚整体结构转接过渡自然,表面不存在尖锐棱角,不会出现大的旋涡脱落,可有效减小干煤棚边缘处20%~40%的平均风荷载,其结果可以供设计同类工程修建或扩建时参考。
[Abstract]:Dry coal shed structure is a typical wind-sensitive structure because of its light roof system. Therefore, wind load is one of the main lateral loads to control structural design, and it is a problem that can not be ignored in structural design. In this paper, the rigid model wind tunnel pressure test of the dry coal shed (cylindrical and spherical reticulated shell composite dry coal shed) with the same rise-span ratio at the end section and the closed form of hemispherical reticulated shell is carried out. The distribution characteristics of the mean wind pressure on the surface of the dry coal shed, the variation of the extreme wind pressure coefficient with the wind direction angle and the interference effect of the surrounding area are studied. At the same time, the influence of end opening and end closure on wind load distribution is compared and analyzed. It is found that the end hemispherical closure makes the whole structure of dry coal shed transfer naturally, the surface does not have sharp edges and corners, and there is no large vortex shedding, which can effectively reduce the average wind load of 20% ~ 40% at the edge of dry coal shed. The results can be used as reference for the construction or expansion of similar projects.
