青岛国家通信产业园结构设计与分析

【摘要】:青岛国家通信产业园项目地上22层,主体结构高度96.0m,采用框架-核心筒(主楼)、框架-剪力墙(裙房)结构体系,结构平面尺寸75m×187m。首先结合建筑方案及经济性分析说明了主体结构的体系选型。随后,系统介绍了项目设计过程中针对主体结构的不规则项选用的设计措施。同时,对框架-核心筒结构体系的筒体优化设计方案要点进行了具体陈述。最后,对基础方案的比选进行了重点说明。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的计算措施和设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
[Abstract]:Qingdao National Communications Industry Park project 22 floors above ground, the main structure height 96.0 m, using frame-core tube (main building), frame-shear wall (skirt) structure system, structure plane size 75 m 脳 187 m. First of all, the system selection of the main structure is explained by combining the architectural scheme and economic analysis. Then, the design measures for the selection of irregular items in the process of project design are introduced systematically. At the same time, the main points of the optimum design scheme of the frame-core tube structure system are described in detail. Finally, the comparison and selection of the basic scheme is emphasized. The research and design results show that the irregularity of the original structure can be effectively controlled by selecting reasonable calculation measures and design measures. The calculation indexes of the structure can meet the requirements of the code better, the structure is safe, reliable, and the structure design is feasible.
