恒大国际中心D区商业结构设计与分析

【摘要】:恒大国际金融中心D区商业地上7层,主体结构高度35.4m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,结构平面尺寸203m×104m。首先结合建筑方案及经济性分析说明了主体结构的体系选型方案。随后,系统介绍了项目设计过程中针对主体结构平面不规则、竖向不规则及其他不规则项选用的计算措施和设计措施。同时,对主体结构设计选用的性能化设计方法进行了具体陈述。最后,对主体结构的地上超长处理措施进行了重点说明。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的计算措施和设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
[Abstract]:Evergrande International Financial Center D area 7 commercial floors, the main structure height 35.4m, frame-shear wall structure system, structure plane dimension 203m 脳 104m. First of all, the system selection scheme of the main structure is explained by combining the architectural scheme and economic analysis. Then, the calculation measures and design measures are systematically introduced in the process of project design, which are aimed at the irregular plane, vertical irregularity and other irregularity of the main structure in the project design process. At the same time, the performance-based design method selected for the main structure design is described in detail. Finally, the main structure of the ground extra-long treatment measures are described in detail. The research and design results show that the irregularity of the original structure can be effectively controlled by selecting reasonable calculation measures and design measures. The calculation indexes of the structure can meet the requirements of the code better, the structure is safe, reliable, and the structure design is feasible.
