德尔国际丝绸博览中心基坑支护设计研究和监测

【摘要】:随着时代的进步,我国的高层建筑越来越多,为了确保建筑的牢固,建筑基础都要满足地基基础的相关要求,因此,基坑工程的重要性也越来越明显。基坑工程,是指在地层下面开挖的一个整体的支护保护体系。而基坑支护,就是为确保地下结构施工及基坑周边环境安全,对基坑侧壁及周边环境采取适当的支护、加固与保护措施。由于我国地域辽阔,土层情况各不相同,因此,基坑支护作为临时性工程,根据各个地区不同的特点,选用符合当地条件的支护形式。基坑开挖不仅要考虑基坑自身的安全性能,同时也要保证基坑周边建筑物及土层等在有效的控制范围之内。本文以德尔国际丝绸博览中心基坑支护工程为研究对象,了解该工程的概况,根据该工程的特点进行基坑支护设计的分析研究,确定经济可行的组合式支护形式,进一步通过计算复核设计的安全性,根据设计制定土方开挖的工序和方案,根据现场布置合理的基坑检测方案,通过监测的数据来反映基坑和周边建筑、管线等变形情况,对设计起到校核作用,对施工起到指导作用。综合分析表明,本工程通过理论设计和施工实际的检验,证明该基坑围护的方式是可行的,该方案确保基坑和周围建筑的稳定。本文的研究成果对相类似的工程有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the times, there are more and more high-rise buildings in our country. In order to ensure the stability of the building, the building foundation must meet the related requirements of the foundation. Therefore, the importance of the foundation pit engineering is becoming more and more obvious. Foundation pit engineering refers to a whole support and protection system which is excavated under the stratum. In order to ensure the underground structure construction and the surrounding environment safety of the foundation pit, the foundation pit support is to take appropriate support, reinforcement and protection measures to the side wall and the surrounding environment of the foundation pit. Because of the vast area and different soil conditions in our country, the foundation pit support as a temporary project, according to the different characteristics of each area, select the supporting form which accords with the local conditions. In the excavation of foundation pit, not only the safety performance of the foundation pit itself should be considered, but also the building and soil layer around the foundation pit should be kept within the effective control range. In this paper, the foundation pit support project of Del International Silk Expo Center is taken as the research object, and the general situation of the project is understood. According to the characteristics of the project, the analysis and research of the foundation pit support design are carried out, and the economical and feasible combined support forms are determined. Furthermore, the safety of the design is calculated, the working procedure and scheme of earthwork excavation are worked out according to the design, the reasonable foundation pit detection scheme is arranged on the spot, and the deformation of foundation pit and surrounding buildings and pipelines are reflected by monitoring data. It has the function of checking the design and guiding the construction. The comprehensive analysis shows that the method of retaining foundation pit is feasible through theoretical design and practical test, and this scheme ensures the stability of foundation pit and surrounding buildings. The research results of this paper have certain reference value for similar projects.
