水玻璃旧砂基透水烧结路面砖的制备

【摘要】:为研究铸造工业产生的固体废弃物—水玻璃旧砂制备砂基透水烧结路面砖的可行性,研究了水玻璃旧砂掺量、煤矸石粒径、烧结温度和保温时间对透水烧结路面砖透水系数和抗压强度的影响,并通过微观结构分析了水玻璃旧砂制备透水烧结路面砖的机理.结果表明:采用水玻璃旧砂可以制备出透水系数和抗压强度均满足国家标准要求的透水烧结路面砖;水玻璃旧砂掺量为70%时,透水烧结路面砖的综合性能较好;煤矸石粒度为0.16~2.5 mm时,透水烧结路面砖的透水系数和抗压强度均可以达到国家标准的要求;烧成温度为1 000℃时制得的透水烧结路面砖的透水系数和抗压强度已经可以满足国家标准的要求;制备水玻璃旧砂基透水烧结路面砖较适宜的保温时间为40~60 min.
[Abstract]:In order to study the feasibility of preparing sand-based permeable sintered road brick from solid waste-water glass old sand produced by foundry industry, the amount of water glass used sand and the particle diameter of coal gangue were studied. The influence of sintering temperature and holding time on the permeability coefficient and compressive strength of permeable sintered pavement brick was studied. The mechanism of preparing permeable sintered road brick with water glass used sand was analyzed by microstructure. The results show that the permeable sintered road brick with water permeability coefficient and compressive strength can be prepared by using the old water glass sand, and the comprehensive performance of the permeable sintered road brick is better when the content of water glass old sand is 70%, and the water permeability coefficient and compressive strength of the brick can meet the requirements of the national standard. When the particle size of coal gangue is 0.16 / 2.5 mm, the permeability coefficient and compressive strength of permeable sintered pavement brick can meet the requirements of national standards.
