面向协同施工的工程项目进度管理研究
[Abstract]:The progress management of the project has always been regarded as one of the important objectives of the success or failure of the project. By reasonably arranging the construction activities in the logic and time, the limited resources can be effectively utilized, the waste can be reduced, and the construction of the project will be completed within the specified construction period. With the increasing complexity of the modern engineering project, the traditional schedule management has been difficult to meet the project management demand, and the progress delay is common. In this background, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to make use of new information technology to innovate progress management theory and method. On the basis of combing and analyzing the existing research results, by using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the combination of theory and application, the project management theory, information fusion theory and rough set theory are applied. Based on the knowledge of natural science and social science, such as the theory of fuzzy, the progress management of the project facing the cooperative construction is studied. Through the analysis of the research results of the collaborative construction, this paper defines the concept of the collaborative construction, and expounds the main contents, the information coordination and the multi-body coordination of the collaborative construction, and according to the concept of the collaborative construction, and the characteristics of the progress management, The connotation and content of project progress management for collaborative construction are described, and the boundary and research contents are well defined; and the theoretical framework of the research is set up in combination with the information fusion theory, the rough set theory, the fuzzy theory, the pervasive computing, the BIM technology and the like. Based on the general calculation and the BIM technology, a project progress information integration model for collaborative construction is constructed based on the information fusion theory, and the progress information integration implementation process is clarified. The concept of the progress context information is defined by the context-aware calculation, the progress context information type is analyzed, and the acquisition mode of the different type of progress context information is clearly defined; the progress context information model is constructed by using the IFC standard to realize the standardized expression of the progress information; By using the D-S evidence theory, the progress context information fusion rules are set up, and the accurate estimation of the progress status is obtained. Aiming at the complexity of the modern engineering project, the paper analyzes the progress optimization characteristics of the cooperative construction, such as incomplete information, multi-body participation, preference, multi-objective, real-time, dynamic and the like, and analyzes the complexity of the progress optimization from the time and the space dimension; and the information aiming at the progress optimization is not complete, Multi-subject participation, multi-objective and other characteristics, using the advantage rough set theory to study the relationship between the progress optimization and the constraint conditions such as resource, cost, construction period and so on, and obtain the progress cooperative optimization decision rule; and aiming at the multi-subject conflict of interest existing in the progress optimization process, In this paper, the master-slave-level decision-making theory is used to build a progress cooperative optimization model in combination with the optimization decision rule, and the model is solved by the combination of the difference evolution algorithm and the cooperative evolution model of the population density. In this paper, an artificial intelligence theory is used to design the cooperative control reasoning method of the progress of the rule design, and the "in the middle of affairs" control of the progress is realized by the RETE algorithm, the prediction of the progress deviation in the uncertain environment is further analyzed by the fuzzy inference theory, and the step of realizing the fuzzy inference of the progress deviation is designed; In this paper, the fuzzy dynamic programming method is used to construct the progress cooperative adjustment model in combination with the multi-body collaborative evaluation. In the end, this paper takes a project as an example to study the application. According to the actual situation of project schedule management, case analysis is carried out on the project progress information integration, project progress coordination optimization, project progress coordination control, and so on. In this paper, a variety of theories and methods are used to enrich and expand the theoretical system of project schedule management in the process of project schedule management for collaborative construction. The process research of the integration of the progress information, the standardized expression, the fusion and the like helps to realize the real-time progress information processing, provides information support for the following progress optimization and progress control, It is helpful to improve the satisfaction of the schedule optimization scheme in the practical project, and through the introduction of the rule-based reasoning and the fuzzy inference, it is helpful to improve the progress control method and meet the control demand of the complex engineering project.
