城市“灰空间”-高架桥下部空间改造利用研究

【摘要】:随着城市化进程的加剧和交通基础设施建设的发展,高架桥对城市和人民生活的影响已经超出了交通功能的范畴。它们占据了大量的城市空间,破坏了城市肌理,也给周边环境带来了种种消极影响。尤其是高架桥下部空间,由于缺乏合理规划和有效管理,日益滋生诸多城市问题。面对这一现状,如何对高架桥及其下部空间进行改造利用,以提高空间资源利用率,弥补桥体对城市空间环境的破坏,体现城市的历史与文脉,使得人们获得更好的人居环境,为城市街区带来新的生机,是本文重点研究的课题。 本文从当前社会对高架桥这一城市化产物的诟病为切入点,从城市立体交通的缘起和高架桥产生发展的动因入手,并结合我国国情和城市发展的具体状况,分析了高架桥对城市发展的利与弊。针对研究对象——城市高架桥下部空间的特质,分析了桥下空间的多重含义、基本特征、消极成因、利用价值及利用现状。在此基础上,通过对相关案例和理论资料的整理,提出了根据不同的城市发展阶段和高架桥所处的具体环境,可分为“拆”、“借”、“改”三种改造方式,并加以实例论证。针对我国国情,明确了我国城市高架桥的改造重点在于对桥下空间的开发利用。进而通过对空间的设计要素和改造利用限制因素的研究,结合相关案例以及设计原则,分别从功能注入、空间组织、意境营造等方面提出了具体的策略以及注重城市关联、强调地域特质、关注人性需求、发展绿色理念的利用原则。最后,选取实际案例进行概念性方案设计,将前文对改造策略的理论研究付诸于实践,希望为今后高架桥的发展研究和其下部空间的改造利用提供一些有意义地借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of urbanization and the development of traffic infrastructure construction, the influence of viaduct on city and people's life has gone beyond the scope of traffic function. They occupy a large number of urban space, destroy the urban texture, but also bring a variety of negative effects to the surrounding environment. In particular, the lower space of viaduct, due to the lack of reasonable planning and effective management, increasingly breeds many urban problems. In the face of this situation, how to transform and utilize the viaduct and its lower space in order to improve the utilization rate of space resources, make up for the damage of the bridge body to the urban space environment, embody the history and context of the city, make people obtain a better living environment, and bring new vitality to the urban block, is the key research topic of this paper. Based on the criticism of viaduct, which is the product of urbanization, this paper starts with the origin of urban stereoscopic traffic and the motivation of viaduct development, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of viaduct to urban development according to the national conditions of our country and the concrete situation of urban development. According to the characteristics of the lower space of the urban viaduct, this paper analyzes the multiple meanings, basic characteristics, negative causes, utilization value and utilization status of the space under the bridge. On this basis, through the collation of relevant cases and theoretical data, this paper puts forward that according to different urban development stages and the specific environment of viaduct, it can be divided into three transformation methods: "demolition", "borrowing" and "changing", and an example is given to demonstrate it. According to the national conditions of our country, it is clear that the key point of the transformation of urban viaduct in our country lies in the development and utilization of the space under the bridge. Then through the study of the design elements of space and the limiting factors of transformation and utilization, combined with the relevant cases and design principles, this paper puts forward the specific strategies from the aspects of function injection, space organization, artistic conception construction and so on, as well as the utilization principles of paying attention to urban connection, emphasizing regional characteristics, paying attention to the needs of human nature and developing the green concept. Finally, the conceptual scheme design is carried out by selecting the actual case, and the previous theoretical research on the transformation strategy is put into practice, hoping to provide some meaningful reference for the development of viaduct and the reconstruction and utilization of its lower space in the future.
