成都住宅建筑被动式技术研究及其节能性能分析

【摘要】:被动式设计不仅是建筑热环境设计的基本内容,同时也能为建筑节能设计提供指导。就成都居住建筑而言,建筑被动式设计略显匮乏。针对以上问题,首先通过现场调研和文献调查的方式,梳理了成都居住建筑及其室内热环境的现状,探讨了成都居住建筑采用被动式设计的可行性和必要性。通过热舒适调查和测试,确定了成都居住建筑室内热舒适的评价标准,通过数值化仿真模拟技术,并结合经济性分析,给出了成都居住建筑被动式设计技术方案。对成都居住建筑的现状进行了调研和分析,结果表明:成都湿热湿冷的气候对室内热舒适影响很大;建筑本身的布局和较差的外围护结构热工性能等,均不能满足室内热舒适的基本要求。急需对成都居住建筑的设计技术方案进行研究。同时,对成都居住建筑室内热舒适进行了现场研究,将影响室内热舒适的四个因素与人体热、湿感觉进行回归分析,发现影响成都居住建筑室内热环境的的四个因素比重为:温度湿度服装热阻/风速。同时计算了成都居住建筑室内的舒适温度区间:冬季为13.82℃~19.17℃、夏季为26.87℃~30.07℃;舒适湿度区间为25.56%~89.13%。在室内热、湿舒适区间范围的计算出,引入了评价成都居住建筑室内热舒适的指标:热舒适率()和湿舒适率()。最后,从夏季隔热和冬季保温的角度,结合实际情况,给出了成都居住建筑适宜采用的被动式设计技术手段,以、为标准,结合使用数值化仿真模拟技术和经济性评价体系,得到了成都居住建筑被动式设计技术方案:组织合理的自然通风、门窗洞口采取适当的遮阳措施,墙体采用传热系数为0.63(2??)的外保温构造,屋顶采用蓄水屋顶,
[Abstract]:Passive design is not only the basic content of building thermal environment design, but also provides guidance for building energy saving design. As far as Chengdu residential buildings are concerned, the passive design of buildings is slightly scarce. In view of the above problems, first of all, through the way of field investigation and literature investigation, this paper combs the present situation of Chengdu residential buildings and their indoor thermal environment, and probes into the feasibility and necessity of adopting passive design of Chengdu residential buildings. Through the investigation and test of thermal comfort, the evaluation standard of indoor thermal comfort of Chengdu residential building is determined, and the passive design technical scheme of Chengdu residential building is given through numerical simulation technology and economic analysis. The present situation of residential buildings in Chengdu is investigated and analyzed. The results show that the humid, hot, wet and cold climate in Chengdu has a great influence on indoor thermal comfort, and the layout of the building itself and the poor thermal performance of the outer guard structure can not meet the basic requirements of indoor thermal comfort. It is urgent to study the design technology of Chengdu residential building. At the same time, the indoor thermal comfort of residential buildings in Chengdu was studied on the spot, and the four factors affecting indoor thermal comfort were analyzed by regression analysis with human body thermal and wet sensations. it was found that the proportion of four factors affecting the indoor thermal environment of Chengdu residential buildings was temperature and humidity clothing thermal resistance / wind speed.
