深基坑降水井封堵施工技术

【摘要】：随着地下空间的开发和利用,深基坑越来越深,平面尺寸越来越大,在软土、高水位及复杂条件下开挖基坑,很容易产生土体滑移、基坑失稳、桩体变位、坑底隆起、支护结构严重漏水、流土以致破损等灾害。为了有效降低地下水位,利于深基坑的开挖,确保基坑稳定性,在建筑物基础底板中布置一定数量的降水井进行降水工作,但是降水结束后,如何对井口的封堵是一大难题。根据现场实际工况,采取一种基于超大深基坑降水井封堵的施工方法,包括降水井套管的制作与预埋,降水井封堵配件的制作,封堵配件的安装和连接,从而保证了降水井封堵质量,避免了建筑物基础底板渗漏现象。
