深基坑降水井封堵施工技术

【摘要】:随着地下空间的开发和利用,深基坑越来越深,平面尺寸越来越大,在软土、高水位及复杂条件下开挖基坑,很容易产生土体滑移、基坑失稳、桩体变位、坑底隆起、支护结构严重漏水、流土以致破损等灾害。为了有效降低地下水位,利于深基坑的开挖,确保基坑稳定性,在建筑物基础底板中布置一定数量的降水井进行降水工作,但是降水结束后,如何对井口的封堵是一大难题。根据现场实际工况,采取一种基于超大深基坑降水井封堵的施工方法,包括降水井套管的制作与预埋,降水井封堵配件的制作,封堵配件的安装和连接,从而保证了降水井封堵质量,避免了建筑物基础底板渗漏现象。
[Abstract]:With the development and utilization of the underground space, the deep foundation pit is more and more deep, the plane size is larger and larger, the foundation pit is excavated under the soft soil, the high water level and the complex condition, The soil is so damaged as to be damaged. In order to reduce the groundwater level effectively, the excavation of the deep foundation pit is facilitated, the stability of the foundation pit is ensured, a certain number of dewatering wells are arranged in the foundation base plate of the building for precipitation, but after the precipitation is finished, how to block the well head is a difficult problem. According to the actual working condition of the site, a construction method based on the plugging of the ultra-large deep foundation pit dewatering well is adopted, And the leakage phenomenon of the foundation base plate of the building is avoided.
