声波透射法在混凝土灌注桩完整性检测中的改进研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国进行大规模的基础建设,施工技术也日新月异,而基础形式之一的桩基础也由于其承载力大、适用性广泛,多种复杂地基均可使用,在建设领域逐渐显现出其优越性,所以桩基础被广泛应用于高层建筑、路基及大型桥梁等的基础工程之中。其中混凝土灌注桩被使用的最为广泛,尤其承载力要求非常高的地方一般都会采用混凝土灌注桩。桩基础是建筑物最底层的根基,是隐蔽工程,其主要特点是施工程序多、难度大、技术高。检测桩身完整性具有多种方法,其中声波透射法具有操作简易、检测全面、经济可靠等优点,同时对于桩基础来说是一种无损检测,声波透射法在检测桩身完整性领域被广泛应用。本文将对声波透射法做进一步的研究。第一步,详细介绍超声波的基本原理及检测方法;然后,针对超声波透射方法检测局限性,即盲区和声波的影响范围,提出声波透射法测试点波形分析的重要性。针对桩身各种缺陷对声学参数的不同影响的特点,提出运用波幅、声速、PSD值对基桩进行综合判断,并提出了判断桩身缺陷性质的技巧。针对《建筑基桩检测技术规范》中对基桩完整性分类的规定,总结利用声波透射法检测灌注桩并将之分类的不合理之处,并提出个人看法进行相应改进。本文最后通过津宁高速公路工程进行实例分析研究,采用改进后的灌注桩声波透射法检测技术对其进行检测,总结了改进后的声波透射法对提高灌注桩质量检测的准确性的各方面优势。经过本文的研究,改进灌注桩声波透射法的检测技术之后,不仅可以提高工程质量、而且能够缩短施工工期、同时降低施工成本、最终保证工程项目施工安全,使用安全。本文研究的相关成果对于灌注桩桩身完整性检测有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, large-scale foundation construction has been carried out in our country, and the pile foundation, which is one of the foundation forms, has been widely used because of its large bearing capacity and wide applicability, and a variety of complex foundations can be used, so the pile foundation is widely used in the foundation engineering of high-rise buildings, roadbed and large bridges. Among them, concrete cast-in-place pile is the most widely used, especially where the bearing capacity is very high, concrete cast-in-place pile is generally used. Pile foundation is the foundation of the lowest floor of the building and is a hidden project. Its main characteristics are many construction procedures, great difficulty and high technology. There are many methods to detect pile integrity, among which acoustic transmission method has the advantages of simple operation, comprehensive detection, economic reliability and so on. At the same time, it is a kind of nondestructive testing for pile foundation. Acoustic transmission method is widely used in the field of pile integrity testing. In this paper, the acoustic transmission method will be further studied. In the first step, the basic principle and detection method of ultrasonic wave are introduced in detail. Then, aiming at the limitation of ultrasonic transmission method, that is, the blind area and the influence range of acoustic wave, the importance of waveform analysis of acoustic transmission method is put forward. According to the characteristics of different effects of various defects on acoustic parameters, this paper puts forward a comprehensive judgment of foundation pile by using amplitude, sound velocity and PSD value, and puts forward some skills for judging the defect property of pile body. In view of the regulations on the integrity classification of foundation piles in the Technical Code for pile testing of Building Foundation, this paper summarizes the irrationality of using acoustic transmission method to detect and classify cast-in-place piles, and puts forward some personal views for corresponding improvement. Finally, through the example analysis and research of Jinning Expressway, the improved acoustic transmission method of cast-in-place pile is used to detect it, and the advantages of the improved acoustic transmission method in improving the accuracy of quality detection of cast-in-place pile are summarized. After the research in this paper, after improving the detection technology of acoustic transmission method of cast-in-place pile, it can not only improve the quality of the project, but also shorten the construction period, reduce the construction cost, and finally ensure the construction safety and safety of the project. The related results of this paper can be used as a reference for the integrity detection of cast-in-place pile.
