我国民用燃气消费量的分析研究

【摘要】：《全国城镇燃气发展"十二五规划"》中指出,到"十二五"末,城市燃气普及率达到94%,县城及小城镇的普及率达到65%,居民用气人口6.25亿,用气家庭数达到2亿户,居民用气量达到330亿m3。在城镇燃气发展过程中,我国历来十分注意家庭用户的发展,由住建部编写的《中国城乡建设统计年鉴》中关于家庭用户的用气数据比较完善,有条件对家庭用户做一些分析研究。从"十一五"到"十二五"跨计划的连续5年(2008年~2012年)的有关数据进行分析整理,从中可得到一些有意义的规律和启示。本文涉及的民用燃气消费量的范围包括城市、县城和建制镇等,并对各经济区的民用燃气消费量分别做了分析研究,也探讨了不同经济区和不同城市、县城的户均用气量与户均用气人口的关系。可反映我国城镇化过程中民用燃气的状况,民用燃气的普及率和气源构成的特征等。我国民用燃气主要指用于家庭炊事、热水供应和近年来少量的单户采暖用气。当前的统计中尚无商业、工业、交通、发电等用户的分类用气量。
[Abstract]:In the 12th Five-Year plan for the development of urban gas in China, it was pointed out that by the end of 12th Five-Year, the popularization rate of urban gas reached 94%, the popularity rate of county towns and small towns reached 65%, the population of gas consumption was 625 million, the number of households using gas reached 200 million, and the gas consumption of residents reached 33 billion m3. In the process of urban gas development, our country has always been very concerned about the development of family users. The data of user data on home users in China's urban and Rural Construction Statistical Yearbook compiled by Ministry of housing and construction is relatively perfect, and there are conditions for family users to do some analysis and research. From 11th Five-Year to 12th Five-Year, the data from 5 consecutive years (2008 ~2012) were analyzed and sorted out, and some meaningful rules and inspirations can be obtained. The scope of civil gas consumption in the city, including the county and towns, and the economic zone of the civil gas consumption were analyzed, also discusses the relationship between the different economic regions of different city and county, the average gas consumption and average gas population. It can reflect the status of civil gas in the process of urbanization in China, the popularity rate of civil gas and the characteristics of the composition of the gas source. China's civil gas is mainly used for household cooking, hot water supply and a small amount of single household heating gas in recent years. In the current statistics, there are no classifications for users, such as commercial, industrial, transportation, and electricity generation.
