【摘要】：超市对现代人已不陌生,同时,它也会随着时代变迁和市场发展而发生变化。现如今,我国大型连锁超市门店遍布各大城市,但是另一方面,中小型连锁超市亦如雨后春笋般竞相开设在人口密集点,其方便、快捷、商品种类齐全的特点,使它倍受奔波于城市街道的人们所青睐。为满足我国中小型连锁超市少批量、多频次的配送特点,建立一套合理的配送体系是支撑其高效运作的重点和难点。本论文以我国中小型连锁超市为研究对象,重点研究其配送模式的选择和配送路径的优化。首先,结合我国市场发展特点,认为中小型连锁超市将成为未来社区的重要组成部分；通过对比分析,发现我国连锁超市物流配送现状与发达国家相差甚远,这需要完善合理的配送体系做支撑,那么研究其物流配送问题就具有理论和现实意义。通过分析我国中小型连锁超市物流配送存在的问题,提出针对性的解决方法。分别从配送模式的选择和配送路径的优化两方面进行研究：一方面,采用层次分析法对其配送模式的选择做出合理的决策；另一方面,采用节约里程规划法对其配送路径进行优化。在理论分析的基础上,以实证举例,对某中小型连锁超市存在的实际问题给出解决思路和具体解决过程,确定其合理的配送模式以自营配送为主、其他配送模式为辅,并对其配送路径进行优化,以达资源最优、提高经营效益的目的。但是随着企业和市场环境的变化,需要定期对配送模式的选择进行决策定位和路径优化,避免固步自封、阻碍其发展的情况产生。
[Abstract]:Supermarkets are no stranger to modern people, and at the same time, it will change with the changes of the times and the development of the market. Now, China's large supermarket chain stores throughout the city, but on the other hand, small supermarket chain also began to set up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain in the densely populated, the characteristics of convenient, fast, full range of products, making it highly favored by people around the city streets. In order to meet the characteristics of small batch and multi frequency distribution in China's small and medium-sized supermarket chains, establishing a reasonable distribution system is the key and difficult point to support its efficient operation. This paper takes China's small and medium chain supermarket as the research object, and focuses on the selection of distribution mode and the optimization of distribution path. First of all, combined with the development characteristics of China's market, think small supermarket chain will become an important part of the future of the community; through the comparative analysis, found that China's supermarket chain logistics distribution status is far from the developed countries, the need to improve the distribution system of reasonable support, then study the logistics distribution problem has theoretical and practical significance. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the logistics distribution of China's small and medium chain supermarkets, this paper puts forward the targeted solutions. From the two aspects of distribution mode selection and distribution path optimization, on the one hand, we use AHP to make a reasonable decision for the distribution mode choice; on the other hand, we use the savings mileage planning method to optimize the delivery path. On the basis of theoretical analysis, empirical examples, to give the actual problems of a small supermarket chain solution and specific solution, determine the reasonable distribution mode of self distribution based, supplemented by other distribution mode, and the distribution path optimization, to achieve the optimal resource and improve the benefit. But with the change of enterprise and market environment, the need for regular distribution mode of choice making localization and path optimization, to avoid complacency, hindering the development of the situation.
