我国劳动力资源配置水平综合评价与分析——兼论区域差异与经济发展

【摘要】：本文通过建立劳动力资源配置水平指标体系,对我国劳动力资源的配置水平进行综合评价分析。对全国31个省市通过劳动力资源配置水平一级指标和二级指标进行排序,为不同区域提升劳动力资源配置能力提供参考。在综合分析劳动力资源配置水平区域差异的基础上,进一步分析劳动力资源配置水平与经济发展的关系,检验结果显示劳动资源配置水平与经济发展水平呈现正相关关系。经济发展水平越高的地区劳动力资源规模水平越高,中西部地区劳动力资源结构水平、再生产水平、发展环境水平都明显落后于东部地区,这也是中西部劳动力资源配置水平较低的主要原因。同时研究显示政府、社会、市场和个人在区域劳动力资源配置中发挥着不同的作用。
[Abstract]:Through the establishment of the index system of labor resources allocation level, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the allocation level of China's labor resources. 31 provinces and municipalities in China are sorted through the first level and two level indicators of labor resource allocation level, so as to provide references for different regions to enhance the allocation of labor resources. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the regional differences in the level of labor resource allocation, the relationship between labor resource allocation level and economic development is further analyzed. The test results show that the allocation of labor resources is positively correlated with the level of economic development. The higher the economic development level is, the higher the scale of labor resources is. The labor resources structure level, reproduction level and development environment level in the central and western regions are significantly behind those in the eastern region, which is the main reason for the low level of labor resource allocation in the Midwest. At the same time, the research shows that the government, the society, the market and the individual play different roles in the allocation of regional labor resources.
