【摘要】:企业的招聘工作是企业人力资源管理的前提和基础,一个企业成立之初需要招聘人才,发展、扩张时同样要通过招聘来吸引优秀人才,为企业注入“新鲜血液”,为企业的成长和持续发展补充动力、补充活力,,提高企业的核心竞争力。但是企业的招聘工作是一项相对复杂,需要系统管理的工作。我国有13亿人口,随着9年义务教育的普及和人们对教育的重视程度的提高,我们不仅劳动力充足,劳动力能力和综合素质在逐步提高。现代企业的竞争是人才的竞争,很多企业早已重视到人力资源的重要性,也很重视招聘工作,但是在企业的实际招聘工作往往会遇到各种各样的问题,但是这些问题在一定程度上反映着企业的招聘体系已经跟不上企业发展的节奏,变革势在必行。 本文以从事房地产行业的C公司员工招聘体系为研究对象,以国内外人力资源管理理论为基础,重点分析C公司的招聘工作现状以及其在招聘工作中所遇到的实际问题,并以企业管理的视角,从人力资源规划、招聘渠道选择、人员测评以及招聘评估等方面对公司招聘体系进行了比较全面、有效的研究,有针对性的提出C公司招聘体系的改进策略和改进策略实施的保障措施,希望能够帮助C公司解决招聘工作中的实际问题。
[Abstract]:Enterprise recruitment is the prerequisite and basis of enterprise human resources management, an enterprise needs at the beginning of the establishment of recruitment, development, also through recruitment to attract talented people to expand, inject fresh blood for the enterprise, add vitality for enterprise growth and sustainable development of power, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises but the enterprise recruitment is a relatively complex, the requirement of system management. China has a population of 1 billion 300 million, with the popularization and the people 9 years of compulsory education on the importance of education to improve, we not only sufficient labor, labor ability and comprehensive quality gradually improved. The modern enterprise is the competition of talents. Many companies have already paid attention to the importance of human resources, also attaches great importance to the recruitment work, but in the actual recruitment work will often encounter a variety of problems, but these problems To a certain extent, it reflects that the recruitment system of enterprises has not been able to keep up with the pace of enterprise development, and it is imperative to change it.
In this paper, in the real estate industry of C company staff recruitment system as the research object, by the domestic and foreign human resources management theory, focuses on the analysis of C company's recruitment status and the actual problems encountered in the recruitment work, and to the point of view of enterprise management, from the human resources planning, recruitment channel selection, system compared to the overall recruitment personnel evaluation and recruitment evaluation, effective research, put forward the improvement strategy of C company recruitment system and improvement measures of strategy implementation, hoping to help C company to solve practical problems in the recruitment.
